    Just refied my note. Got a 3.125% rate for 15 years without paying any discount points. I only had my original note for 6 months.

    It’s almost free money.

    Where in the world did you get that rate?

    Best rates from credit unions in my town are 3.25 for 15 at the top tier. I have been looking to do exactly what you did.
