*Inactivity* as in lazy folks you know them :blankstare: the types that are generally on welfare in large percentages in the us.. say certain races particularly that come to mind , so is there a gene or marker in the rats that predetermine the physical laziness that they exibit:confusion: and explains human behavior too with that same situation defect in the D2 receptor,

My experience with obesity has been simple: everything is bullshit. All the diet fads, all the stories we tell ourselves, it's all bullshit. It comes down to will and will alone.

If you genuinely want to lose the weight you will through a standard healthy diet and regular exercise. And with Persistence.

If you fail, it will be because you stopped.

    Period.

For much of our history on this rock, it was not only near impossible to become obese, but would've been a detriment to survival. We've gone from that, to where even unemployed people can be so obese that they're incapable of doing much of anything, other than eating more food. #Winning?
