Who will the penalties be applied to? Prohibited individuals who already cannot legally possess firearms under any circumstances? The united state supreme court has already stated they are exempt from registration requirements since such constitutes a violation of their right against self-incrimination.

As things are currently in the united states, any prohibited person found in possession of a firearm, regardless of whether or not it is registered, already face large penalties for the multiple felony offenses they are committing. Yet such is not serving to discourage them from illegally acquiring firearms as they please.

And yet with each and every passing day, it is proving more and more factually correct.

One would conclude those that are currently in hell are given no choice in who they are forced to listen to.
