Media Finally Finds Way to Spin Child Jihad in Philly

Many people have pointed out that the media has been very uninterested in reporting on the terror indoctrination video of Muslim kids in Philly singing about chopping heads.

Disturbing footage of Muslim kids saying they would sacrifice themselves and kill for the “army of Allah” surfaced from an Islamic center in Philadelphia.

The Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center in Philadelphia posted the video to its Facebook page celebrating “Ummah Day” in which young children wearing Palestinian scarves sang and read poetry about killing for Allah and the mosque in Jerusalem.

“We will defend the land of divine guidance with our bodies, and we will sacrifice our souls without hesitation,” a second girl says. “We will chop off their heads, and we will liberate the sorrowful and exalted Al-Aqsa Mosque. We will lead the army of Allah fulfilling His promise, and we will subject them to eternal torture.”

MAS Philly belongs to the Muslim American Society (MAS), which has 42 chapters in the United States and one in the United Kingdom.

While the national media ignored the story, the Philly Inquirer has been trying to spin it following the familiar “Muslims fear blowback” narrative also being deployed to protect Rep. Ilhan Omar.

Area mosques report receiving threats after video shows Muslim children reciting violent poems, songs – Philly Inquirer

Several local Muslim leaders say their mosques have received threatening phone calls after a video was posted Friday of children reciting violent poems and songs in Arabic during a program at a North Philadelphia Islamic center.

That prompted the Philadelphia branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to issue an advisory Monday to all Islamic institutions to increase security precautions throughout the month.

Finally, the media has found the real story here. “Headchoppers fear blowback.”

Islam is the religion of peace. Meaning, all infidels must rest in peace.

It is the "religion of peace".

What they don't tell you is that the peace comes only after they kill everyone else.

It's tempting to watch a video such as this and take it at face value, which is to hold the Palestine children, who are Muslim, to blame for hatred and thirst for vengeance. To look beyond the video, which is clearly anti-Muslim propaganda, takes a little information gathering and most people would rather not explore further into the reasons behind it, they would prefer to just accept this for what it is on its face.

How has Israel, one of the world's strongest military powers, been able to maintain and justify a brutal military occupation of Palestine for 41 years against a people who, in contrast to Israel, are basically defenseless, lacking any army, navy or air force? Israel has been systematically eating away at Palestinian land it occupies through relentless and illegal settlement activity to render the possibility of a future Palestinian state meaningless. Israel has no intention on allowing the Palestinians to establish a viable and independent state with all the trappings of sovereignty that any other country has. It intends to retain control over large swathes of the occupied Palestinian Territories, including a future Palestinian state's borders and airspace.

There are three basic beliefs that allow Israelis to both justify and ignore an occupation unprecedented in modern times in terms of its length and oppression. The first ideology is the belief that Israelis are the "chosen people" and by that presumed fact, the Palestinians are not. This dogma allows the justification of uprooting and denying the rights of the Palestinians who have continuously lived on the land for a couple of thousand years. Israelis are chosen - so their right supersedes that of Palestinians.

The Old Testament is used as a divine deed to legitimize ownership, regardless of the people continuously inhabiting the land since the Old Testament. This belief also has deep roots among 82% of white evangelical Christians, whose thousands of churches across the U.S. reinforce the point every Sunday that God gave Israel to the Jews.

The second perception is the portrayal of Israel as 'the victim.' The irony is bitter here. Rarely in history has an occupier presented himself as the victim and gotten away with it. And not only the victim — but the only victim. The obvious victims, the Palestinians, are the aggressor in this narrative.

This is all BS. I have been to much of the Moslem world and I have also been to Israel. The only thing you are talking about has nothing to do with the problem.

Teaching children to hate and to make war or terrorism is a crime.

In other words, "Blame the video". That sounds like the same ploy that was used during Benghazi.

The problem isn't reality, it's people knowing about the reality.

If you'll remember right after the notorious Benghazi attack, the mainstream media in the US was going on for many weeks claiming the attacks were all due to a video that had been released that offended the muslim world.
Trying to shift all the blame to being about the video.

    You can't blame a video.
Blame the people who produce the video, and ingrain it into the heads of children.

And they're mostly taking the Southern third of the country, the most desirable place to live because the rest is too cold.

They are taking all of the cities in the whole country. Just look at Södertälje.

Not that your country would ever do this but couldn't it be possible for the country to place some of the big cities off-limits?

Like you have to live here and not here.
I know there's plenty of room up in the North.

This is funny, stupid, sad, shocking, ignorant, and offensive, all at the same time. Congrats.

Funny: anti-Muslim propaganda, from a video posted by Muslims on a Muslim website about Muslim children singing a song in a Muslim place. Your ability to shove your head up your ass is most impressive.

Stupid: blaming Palestinian children. No one is blaming the children, they are blaming the parents who are indoctrinating their children into hate, terror, and bloodshed.

Sad: occupation of Palestine. The Palestinians have been offered their own country again and again and again, and they have turned it down every time. The only thing they have to do to be independent of Israel is to revoke the part of their charter that calls for the destruction of Israel. But they refuse.

Shocking: all of it. That you would take a story about Palestinian children singing a song about chopping people's heads off and make it about Israel is shocking. This is not about Israel, it's about Palestinian hatred.

Ignorant: Palestinians are the victims. Bullshit. Palestinians have been the aggressors in this story since the beginning. It was the UK that carved out Israel for the Jews, and then American power that secured it for them. The Jews had few people and little weaponry in the beginning. The "Palestinians" had the opportunity to have their own country or be part of Jordan or Syria, but they refused, and have continued refusing ever since. If the Palestinians would lay down their arms, there would be peace. If the Israelis would lay down their arms, there would be genocide.

Offensive: Your defense of a people whose main political charter calls for death to Jews and the destruction of Israel is offensive in the extreme.

Analogy: Korea was occupied by Japan around the same time as the creation of Israel. Koreans old enough to remember and most of the following generation are still pissed off about it. Should they be teaching their children songs about chopping off the heads of Japanese? If not, why not? And if they shouldn't, why should the Palestinians teach their children about chopping off the heads of Jews and Christians?

    Not that shocking.
Their side is all about blaming someone else. (i.e. If a criminal commits a crime, blame institutional inequality; if terrorists attack an embassy, blame past foreign intervention in the Middle East, etc)

Maybe we should say astounding and mind-boggling but not that surprising.

Pretty mild stuff compared to Le Marseillaise which features throat cutting and irrigating crops with enemy's blood.

Indeed. You could have added blaming guns rather than the shooter, society rather than the drug addict, racism rather than single motherhood, the patriarchy rather than the free choices of women, and America and white men for all the other problems in the world.
