My thoughts on the early democrat canidates

You can look at it two ways. "The early bird gets the worm" or "the point man is usually the first solidier to get killed"

I think the canidate is somebody who hasn't thrown their hat in the ring yet.

Here's a hint of who I think it will be: His last name is Kennedy and he's not from a Louisanna swamp, even though I love cagun culture.

 

The Kennedy family endorsed Warren and Anthony is too old. You said he so you probably don't think the girl from MTV has a chance.

I am going to vote for "alabama tom". He's an expert on WV outhouses.

 

Something I question is why there are, so far, something like 150 qualified candidates with their hats in the donkey paddock thus far, but in 2016, there was only Hillary, Bernie, and Stein. Why didn't the democrats field any opposition to Hillary, early on? It's almost like once the Clinton logjam was cleared, a flood of hopefuls were freed to come down the flume.

 

That's the way the system used to work.

It was sort of like the academy awards where boring movies beat out the better ones. Robert Redford never won an Oscar. That tells me something.

Also, it's like the "Peter Principle" and a dash of "Murphy's law" for spice.

 

I doubt the Kennedy' family' offers up formal endorsements of anyone as some monolith, let alone almost a year before the primaries are due to start and they know who all is running. You realize that endorsing a candidacy is not the same as endorsing a specific candidate to be the party's nominee.

 

Thomas Jefferson had red hair, as did Andrew Jackson (and there were probably others).

 

There is no way to tell who is going to rise to the top.

It's not only the candidate themselves but oftentimes events that happen in the nation that they may somehow stand out on.

So many factors can either hurt a potential candidate or sink them.

Most people though Jeb Bush was a very solid pick but he absolutely bombed.

Watch for proxies of the Obama Camp and the competing Clinton Camp to start taking out everyone named so far, there will be negative news stories on them that the MSM would otherwise never run..

Word out is the DNC is changing the rules requiring a candidate to be in the democratic party to run as a democrat. Unless Sanders switches, he may have to run as an independent.
