Enslavement is psychological and it's much easier to enslave an armed person because they've already described the terrain as a physical environment in need of a physical response so aren't taking into account the psychological aspect, which is the real battlefield.

Myth: Democrats believe we should not judge people by the color of their skin-but by the content of their character.

Uh huh, attack the source and not the content. Lol You're a hypocrite like your former Speaker. He posted that on his website at the time.

Seems to me Bush's recession ended in June 2009.

I don't think anyone would claim that every segregationist left the Democrats, but whether or not the civil rights act caused a shift in the voting demographics isn't really up for debate. Black people shifted to the Democratic part for the first time ever, and the deep south collectively voted Republican for the first time ever.

Unlike the 1960 election, the 1964 election was a blowout, the Republicans only won 6 states, which were the deep south along with Goldwater's home state of Arizona. The Democrats swept the deep south in the 1960 election, but despite doing much better in the 64 election, they lost all deep south states for the first time ever.

Perhaps you could explain what caused the sudden shift from 1960 to 1964. Why did the majority of black voters suddenly vote Democrat, and why did all deep south states all vote Republican?

It was doing better because the Republicans took control of the government in 2015 and stopped the bleeding.

Why did George Wallace win the black vote his last election? The Democrats knew that without their supporting segregation andnipposing civil rights they neede a new tact. That became massive welfare and poverty programs. And of course the myths that were created to cover the Democrats horrible civil rights record. And lets not forget how Goldwater was portrayed.

So answer your own question, why did blacks vote for the party that held them in bondage and under Jim Crowe and segregation laws for so long and move from the party that fought for their rights for 100 years?

Why was it Bush's recession what did he do to have it named after him? The Democrats took control of the government in 2007 why is it not theirs?

More than 80% of black voters went Democrat when LBJ signed the civil rights act which ended 100 years of Jim Crowe.

So why did the deep south switch to Republican in the 1964 election?

Again answer your own question I gave you some of my postulations. Why did blacks overwhelmingly vote for George Wallace his last term?

That wasn't what you asked, your question was "So answer your own question, why did blacks vote for the party that held them in bondage and under Jim Crowe and segregation laws for so long and move from the party that fought for their rights for 100 years?"

So I answered you that over 80% of black voters in America went Democrat after LBJ supported the civil rights act, thus ending Jim Crowe. As for George Wallace, his final term was AFTER the civil rights act was passed, in which he had renounced his prior position.

Meanwhile, his opponent was Emory Folmar, whose political record was as follows

I've answered your questions, but you have yet to answer any of mine..

Why did black voters overwhelmingly shift to the Democratic party after the civil rights act?

Why did the deep south collectively vote Republican for the first time ever(after more than 100 years of voting Democrat) after the civil rights act was passed?

In the 1964 election the Democrats' popularity had improved everywhere except the deep south. Why was this?

Nope, I'm talking about that looming recession from 2006. Attacking sources and not arguing content displays troll tendencies, fyi.
