A grand jury on Monday indicted Ariel Agudio, Asha Burwell and Alexis Briggs, all 20, each on a charge of third-degree assault and multiple counts of falsely reporting an incident, the Albany District Attorney's Office said. Agudio and Burwell also face charges of harassment. Agudio also was charged with two counts of attempted assault. The State University of New York at Albany rallied behind the students, who are black, when they came forward with claims that a group of white men and women attacked them on January 30 in a confrontation on a city bus. Students held a rally and university President Robert J. Jones said in a letter to students and faculty that he was "deeply concerned, saddened and angry about this incident." Hopefully this will start a trend were these false hate crimes reported with end up being punished themselves.. And perhaps people wont go into insta outrage mode when stories like this first come out.. In other words perhaps people should protest AFTER the facts come out.
This was awhile ago and yeah they messed up. Attempting to say white people were attacking them and calling them racist names, they had their whole college in an uproar as the SJW was out in full force. Then when found out it was all a lie after video surfaced showing they were the aggressors both physically and vocally on some white guys just trying to calm things down the media dropped the story.
As they should. Considering actions of now and the past they were putting people and property at risk over a lie. These SJW's are prepared to start burning and destroying cities on a moments notice over lies as we saw in Ferguson and as we are seeing now at pretty much any left wing protest. They could have gotten many people hurt. I hope they do a very long time in prison.
The majority of America will only be pushed so far before they push back. I've been saying it for 3 or 4 years, ever since all this false outrage began. Most of Trump's popularity can be attributed to the gun jumping by the PC crowd. I hope they enjoyed their power trip while it lasted, because come November it'll be time to put them back in their place where they belong.
Just like at the Trump protests... And what's the cause of all of that? A popular guy they disagree with. This is what happens when you start giving power to lowlife gutter trash. It all started with the killing of a thug that attacked a police officer, and now it's come down to rioting and stomping on police cars, and even burning the American Flag, all because you don't agree with someone. They act like a crowd of petulant adult brats. Reminiscent of children that were never told "No" growing up, the kind that bossed their parents around.
The thing is it is very doubtful these kids are here with their parents, more than likely they either live with someone their parents knows or a family member and they don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) what you do outside of their home. They want this to be mexico, but with the perks. In mexico they will be arrested or even killed for acting like this, so they feel safe thinking nobody here is going to hurt them and that nobody will try attacking them back because they have the numbers. As tfor these race baiters, it has been shown that the left will support even the liars. Whether it be Mike Brown, Duke University rape case, Treyvon, etc. etc. etc. and when proven to be liars nobody confronts them for their lies. These race baiters are not scared of repercussions because there aren't many outside of the law. The left always justifies the actions. It's more than time for a reality check on all this madness.
and sadly we haven't seen any of the outraged posters on this website acknowledge and vilify the actions of these people crying wolf... they've gone silent and made no apologies or acknowledgements they jumped the gun in judgement on this issue... so we can be assured this will happen again and again and again... what worries me most is people have learned this is the easy go-to defense, cry wolf and scream racism... and its VERY hard to often prove those claims wrong, because we assume they are correct from the start naturally, who would make such claims, and we often require proof to dispute them and prove them innocent... society has stopped believing in "innocent until proven guilty" and we're now a society of "guilty until proven innocent"... and we have examples all over this nation demonstrating that... Old news media dropped the story dont you know. Remember the poop swastika? Of course everyone does. Does anyone remember a day later when someone found the same image in a year old post on reddit? Nope no one does. The media never reported it and simply dropped the story.
