Secession was the issue. It’s right there in the ****ing ruling I just gave you.

I gave you the ruling of the court.

You really need to just stop digging this hole you’re in. Your claim was silly, and has been completely refuted by the ruling I gave you.

The case was over ownership of bonds, not secession.

What you're putting forth makes about as much sense as someone being convicted of murder at a shoplifting trial.

I completely refuted your claim, with a Supreme Court ruling. I specifically cited the portion of the ruling, where they held secession was unconstitutional.

Watching you chase your tail here is ****ing hilarious.

If Texas was a State within the perpetual union and never ceased being a state as Chase said, why did it have to get readmitted in 1870, a year after Texas v White?

Wrong. Former southern soldiers were invited to NRA meetings. When they enquired about the origins of the group, they were told because your boys shot well and ours didn't. Therefor the real origin was because of the piss poor shooting skills of Yankee troops.

SCOTUS can't rule on an issue unless that issue is before the court.

That you can't understand that and actually feel smart because of it is what is hilarious.

The ****ing issue before the court was whether secession was legal, and if it affected bond sales.

No, what is hilarious is you were given the exact wording of the ruling, verbatim, showing you the court ruled secession was unconstitutional, and you keep chasing your tail

They wanted slaves. For crying out loud slavery was being banned left and right in every modern country. Then they went to war because they didn't want to pay their workers costing 600,000 lives. So **** the Confederacy and **** all the traitors that support them. Bunch of butt hurt losers who can't stand that they lost the war and sit around circle jerking each other about the "good ole days" There was absolutely nothing redeeming about the Confederacy at all. Why the hell anyone would be proud of that heritage just baffles my mind.
