Okay, and you have a right to institute this by what?

That's for you guys to sort.

The UK's NHS costs on average £5,000 per Brit per year. So on average via tax, we pay £416 per month.

The average cost to an American was $10,345 per year. So an average of $862 per month.

$862 is roughly £668. Also, depending on your cover, you have many thousands on top to pay out.

So if you guys were wanting better healthcare cost, you would be coming up with answers to the problems you're just listing.

Hm, I'm a singular person, so I'm not sure to whom you're referring when you say "you guys".

But anyway, good luck with the amendment process. You know, of course, that it will require an amendment to allow such a law, right?

Yes, you did need to explain.

Good luck with the amendment process.

Not sure why you keep going on with an amendment process. I can only assume it's a fetish?

It's really just a discussion on the costs of healthcare and compare private insurance to the NHS. It's just a theoretical idea that if America changed to an NHS system, how much would they save.

Because it would require an amendment for such legislation to be legal in the US.
