    Or maybe this kind of stuff has something to do with it.

    "Daily border crossings of illegal migrants over the past month have surpassed a daily average not seen since fiscal year 2006, stark evidence of the escalating situation at the U.S.-Mexico border.

    Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers apprehended or stopped 3,974 illegal migrants on March 19, marking the single highest day since Present Donald Trump entered office, according to CBP data obtained by NBC News. There have been six other days in February where crossings surpassed 3,595, topping the 3,530 daily average seen in fiscal year 2006."

    But you would believe an unsourced story from the New York tabloid right?

    If you comprehended what was written, you wouldn’t have posted what you did. Hence my suggestion.

    No, it isn't in the constitution but if you want to continue to claim it does then please copy past the language that supports your claim.

    Of course they don't and you still haven't provided the text in the constitution that supports your absurd claim that a low level court can issue an order to the president.

    The Federal District Courts are not required by the COTUS. It may be time for Congress to eliminate them.

    @rahl

    The only thing that gives federal judges such power is the Legislative branch and the threat of impeachment. Congress wishes to limit the power of the president and so they back the rulings of federal judges. However, if the federal judges refuse to show discretion in their rulings they could lose enough backing from congress and render themselves impotent.

    State the specific article and text. I don't care about your paper on Supreme Court rulings. We are talking about federal courts.

    Lol...trump is setting the example by telling his staff to ignore subpoenas and the law when it doesn’t suit him.

    Exactly.

    When you have an IMBECILE-in-Chief who thumbs his nose at subpoenas, has spent his entire administration destroying America and crapping on the Constitution, and has exhibited Zero Regard for "the rule of law"--Why would anybody expect these "illegals" to show up in Court?

    After all, they are merely following the "Trump Playbook".:flagus:

    I blame Obama or maybe Hillary.

    I mean we can't expect President Trump to work the the Dems to get more court's for expeditious deportations.

    I would not. But frankly I expect better journalistic standards from Breitbart than the NYT.

    If you cared about the rule of law you'd be very upset at the Deep State attempted soft coup. You don't.
