Patriotic Informer- I am really trying hard to assume that you are open to honest dialogue here. If you are- answer these questions and we can continue discussion:

    a) When you were growing up who were you taught was eligible to be the United States President?

    b) Why are you having these questions now? Why was this not a concern of yours prior to the election?

    c) What is your belief as to why the majority of voters, the Electoral College, Congress and Chief Justice Roberts all elected, confirmed or swore in Barack Obama if you think that there is any such controversy as to whether his father's citizenship affected his eligibility?

    d) Why do you believe that none of his political opponents- John McCain, Hilary Clinton, the RNC- expressed any doubt as to his eligiblity?

    e) Why do you think that not a single Secretary of State for any of the 50 States refused to put Barack Obama on the ballot because they believed he was not eligible?

To me, the above makes it clear, that no one but a small- very, very small fringe group of political malcontents are promoting this new definition of natural born citizen, and that the clear consensus opinion within the United States is that anyone born in the United States can aspire to rise to the highest office in our country.

I look forward to your reply.

That is just hilarious. I love how everyone was telling the Commission that they were traitors if they didn't do what Orly demanded.

Wash had to have been there. NH is right in his neighborhood, and I can't imagine he would miss an opportunity for a date with Orly.

    Dr. Taitz,

It takes an extraordinary circumstance for me to bother taking time to respond to the gobbledygook that is the “birther” movement. However, your call on House leadership to begin the process of removing Secretary of State Bill Gardner calls for such response.

First, I would like to address your conduct at the Ballot Law Commission hearing on Friday (11/18 ). Your outburst was unbecoming of any legitimate political dialogue, never mind one as ridiculous as the continued obsession over President Obama’s birth place. I have spoken to the Representatives who were present and expressed to them my strong desire that they immediately disassociate themselves from you and this folly. This country has an opportunity in less than a year to replace this President and it is my fervent hope that we will do so. However, I wholeheartedly reject your request to remove Secretary Gardner or any attempt to bring a criminal complaint of elections fraud or treason.

Bill Gardner is a New Hampshire treasure who has worked tirelessly for Granite Staters and the preservative of our special political culture. The fact that he has drawn this ire establishes his good judgment. Were Secretary Gardner to even entertain your request he would be putting New Hampshire’s “First in the Nation” Primary in grave danger. Please, Dr. Taitz, go away and leave New Hampshire alone.Sincerely,

    D.J. Bettencourt
    Majority Leader
    New Hampshire House of Representatives

And here we have how most Americans feel.

Please, Dr. Taitz, go away and leave the United States alone.

Are any of you Obama sympathizers the slightest bit curious, how and why TWO known members of his family (An Aunt & Half Brother) were also in New England, about the same time he was??? They still are and illegally at that!!!

I'm sure there could be an explanation, according to washington's post #2, this thread, but when did State SS Offices, start looking at where a request was coming from. It seems to me any such request would have simply been sent to the State involved or put another way Hawaii could NOT issue a number from another State. I'd rather hear his explanation, but I can't seem to find one...

Any producer out there, wanting a good story to produce a movie or maybe an author or two, could really do something with this entire mess....but then that's just my opinion.

About the same time as who was in New England? When was who in New England- it would help if you would be concise.

However, there are several million illegal aliens in the United States- please help me identify the specific two that you think deserve special and different treatment.

What are you talking about? What State SS Offices? Secretary of State offices?

wong said it could have been mailed in connecticut. i was being facetious, saying "obama left high school to fly to ct to mail his ss application". that's the obot "working theory".

    my bad.

i think immigration laws are more like guidelines if you're in the obama family. i'm sure that if president bush had illegal alien in the family beating the law, the democrats would have been fine with it.

SFJEFF; Sorry, thought I was discussing this with folks who KNOW Obama's background, but it was his uncle, not a half brother...

    http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/nat...ested-for-dui-white-house-not-commenting.html

    http://www.bostonherald.com/news/opinion/op_ed/view.bg?articleid=1230460

I mixed this story up with the uncle, must be age and being arrested in Kenya over drugs, seems a little strange...

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...George-arrested-in-Kenya-on-drug-charges.html

Do you suppose, there might be other folks related to Obama, in the US for some reason he completely ignore? I'd really like to see more history of this man....I told you a true story and really did hire several folks from Kenya in the early 70's and to my knowledge, all of which eventually gained citizenship.

washington, I assumed you MIGHT know something I'd not heard, the "bad" is on me for not reading the entire thread. Anyway no State can issue a card number from another State or can the Federal issue for a State...to the best of my knowledge. It's possibly a forged document, as I've seen a hundred similar examples in South Texas, to gain welfare of some kind.

Gotta love the logic of Birther haters.

Another thread- Obama's half uncle has been living here illegally for 20 years- and the haters say its Obama's fault.

I am always impressed by the reach of Obama's power- according to them he could dictate Immigration policy to the Bush Administration when he was an Illinois State Legislator.

I have yet to get one of the haters to make it clear whether they believe Obama should treat his relatives differently- and make the Immigration service search out all of his relatives, no matter how distant- and focus their attentions on them- or whether Obama should let the Immigration service treat his relatives with the same diligence that has allowed millions of illegal aliens to live in the U.S. for years and years and year.

The haters want to imply that Obama is somehow protecting his illlegal relatives from deportation, when in reality, illegal aliens are in resturuarants, corner stores, chicken slaughter houses, construction sites, etc all over the U.S.

Do I think this is right? No. Do I think that Obama is handling the illegal immigration service better than Bush or Clinton? No. Do I think he is handling it worse? No.

I think both parties want the illegal immigration situation to be exactly as it is- so Republicans can blame Democrats and Democrats can blame Republicans.

Don't believe me? Show me legislation that proves me wrong.

    :):)
i thought you said he was "president"

When you simply post in the "I hate Obama" threads, about general Obama hate, you will notice I do not normally reply. I focus on Birther hate, not all hate.

what a bleeding heart liberal thing to say. woe is the meager softspoken democrat movement. meh...

look, you may impose any citizenship upon me or project any pschycological aberration, they're in your head, they don't apply to me. if it were you challenging bush, it wouldn't be hate, so knock it off.:)
you guys throw hate accusations around like you do with money. some with racism, not any of you obots here though, for that i give you all credit. i'm sure none of you have called me that. stupid yes, that's fair. because all of you are uniquely stupid too.

Perhaps if you wrote more precisely, I could know who you were talking about?

So lets see- you write of his Uncle, and half aunt- both who are illegal aliens in the United States. And? Are politicians supposed to be responsible for what their relatives do or do not do? Was Jimmy Carter responsible for his brother? Looks to me like a pretty good case of making a case of guilt by association.

There are an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States. Yet you are apparently only worried about whether any of them are President Obama's relatives?

Do you think that President Obama should order the INS to treat his relatives differently from other illegal aliens?

See this is where just a little bit of information leads to ignorance.

States do not issue Social Security cards. Ever.

Given your 'expertise' on such issues, I have my doubts that you have seen a hundred similar examples in South Texas- even though Texas does indeed have a real identity theft issue.

While I was not actually replying to you- I don't have a problem with labeling a lot of the dreck thrown at Obama as 'hate'- and yes, I think a lot of what was thrown at Bush was 'hate' too.

The haters- of both sides- start with hate in their hearts and then just post stuff that reinforces their own position- and ignore any evidence to the contrary.

Jackson's whole attempt at using guilt by association against Obama I think is a good example.

i think usually people have one or the other, both is more rare. thanksgiving can be a crapshoot, sometimes the turkey ends up in the fireplace or the aquarium, or like dinner with pam and jim morrison.

Well as you usual you garble even the simple stuff. It was an Aunt and an Uncle, not a half brother.

But what do you imagine is the "mystery?"
