Yeah, you misunderstood. Not everyone is as stupid as you would like to believe. As I said, Trump gets the opportunity to defend himself before he is removed. He is removed in the Senate, not the house. When the Senate trial begins, he gets to call witnesses and defend himself. This will put certain democrats under oath which I feel certain Nancy ( and other democrats for that matter) will not want. Therefore, I don’t feel Nancy will not let the house vote on articles of impeachment, and instead will use this as a stall tactic until the election to which in the mean time she will use a one sided fight designed to weaken the President.

There was nothing consensual about sex between an intern and the President of the United States, in the Oral Orifice no less. Even you're not that partisan or naive... are you?

Why would the President allow anyone in his administration to go before hostile kangaroo court without any possible benefit and without any real urgency? Would that be a smart thing to do?

How about we will let the courts decide who's Right and who's left? :juggle:

You keep thinking that, you hear? Polls are everything. Hey, did you hear, Trump now is 98.99% certain not to win reelection? Time to order fireworks over Hudson!

Obviously you never bothered to find out anything about Lewinsky.

At least half of all presidents have had affairs of one sort or another while in office and ALL of them were CONSENSUAL.

    To PRETEND otherwise is disingenuous.

Lewinsky was an ADULT and could have blown the whistle ON Clinton instead of just blowing HIS whistle for him.

So if that weak BS is all you have then it hardly surprising that you LOST that pathetic partisan attempt at impeachment.

FTR it appears that the impending impeachment of your BLOTUS is becoming more and more BIPARTISAN with each additional crime he commits.

    About time IMO!

What is that warning that you get whenever you make an investment?

Past results are no guarantee of future results or words to that effect?

Your BLOTUS is SWEATING and We the People can see it.

The smart move is to plan an exit strategy.

Yes. Desperate enough to keep citing to an election where Trump lost by 3 million instead of the more recent election where Republicans lost 9 million.

That's in Minnesota, which no Republican candidate won since 1972. It appears Trump may change that. Everyone loves President Trump; it's just not everyone knows it yet.

Has Trump paid for his security detail in Minnesota? Or any of the 9 cities where he also owes money?

You are certainly entitled to your own opinion. Unlike the fascists of 2019, also known as Trumpbots, who want to kill the 1st amendment, I am all for you getting to say anything you want.

Besides, the entertainment value of such... input... is priceless.

    Thank you.

Please spare us the gory details. This is a politics website, not a horror film. Let's keep it clean here. I know, I know, that might be a big task for some, but cheerio, put some elbow-grease into it.

This is all you offer as a come back? That Trump is 98.89% not to win. Like Trump you get your rocks off by quoting false statistics. `

You express what is know as a "false equivalence" which some how shows corruption on both sides of the equation. There is no equivalent to Trump's avoidance and ignorance of : Constitutional laws, the separation of powers, and the House's constitutional right to conduct an inquiry any way it chooses. Trump has conducted massive coverup schemes never seen before in history regarding the Mueller investigation and the Ukraine bribery. I can see why there are those who excoriate the Media for its honest coverage simply because the true facts of Trumps treasonous conduct are breathtaking and at times hard to believe.

There is corruption of both sides of the equation because there is. The fact you chose to see one side is on you.
The democrats in the house, which is roughly one half of the house, are attempting to nullify the election of 2016. It would be in their best interest to be open and transparent to the people if they expect the people’s support. They are not being transparent. Yet you claim Trump is covering up when he has been completely transparent for nearly 3 years of being investigated without there being a crime. It pains me when even the supposed legal experts here argue that collusion or quid pro quo is illegal when in fact they know it sure doesn’t have to be, but using these terms is designed to make people think it is.

What I find fascinating in today’s political debates are when one side forgets many of us lived through what is being described, and know without a doubt when the narrative being pushed is false. The fact Donald Trump is an arrogant narcissistic billionaire does not prevent him from being President. The fact that corrupt career politicians hate him and feel he will threaten their free ride is no reason to impeach him. Everyone agrees there is corruption in Washington, you just can’t get the population to agree where that corruption is. Donald Trump was willing to show us, and he has. You’d have to be a fool to not realize he is stepping on toes and his exposing the corruption hits the corrupt in the pocket, where it hurts most. You must expect rabid retaliation.

Lol more ignorance. In 2011 Trump claimed that his researchers found unbelievable things about Obama’s birth Certificate in Hawaii. He never elaborated on what was found. He never agreed to the fact that Obama was a legitimate American Citizen until 2016 when he betrayed his followers by conceding Obama was in fact an American citizen. After Trump was elected he claimed there were between 5-3 million fraudulent votes in 2016. This number changed to only 3million fraudulent voters without any explanation as to why. Trump had a Senate committee look into this but in the end both Republican and Democratic Attorney’s General saw this as a complete waste of time and Trump’s unfounded charges were dropped without Trump ever showing proof of his claims of fraudulent voters. The Mueller Report found 11 obstruction of justice charges against Trump. One included the confession of White House lawyer Don Mcgann who said that Trump ordered him to fire Mueller. Mcgann refused stating that this act would cause a constitutional crisis. Then Trump ordered McGann to tell the press that he never asked McGann to fire Mueller. Mcgann refused to participate in this fiction. Cowardly Trump refused to let Mcgann testify before the House. But Mcgann to this day has never denied his confession in the Mueller Report. These are but a few of the breathtaking lies Trump has foisted upon us.

Lol yes Mad Dog Trump is crushing many toes. He Crushes the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the House’s Constitutional right to conduct an impeachment investigation. He doesn’t understand the rule of law and how our American Democracy works. He demands slavish Obedience from all his cabinet members and yet has the largest desertion rate by far of all Presidents when it comes to his appointees scrambling to get out from under his sick insane world of how government works. He lost 4 Generals who were in his administration. Since the revelation of Trumps Blackmail phone conversation with the Leader of Ukraine Trump has dedicated his time as President to blocking witnesses and documents from coming before the House even as he claims he has nothing to hide in all matters. . Trump cannot be compared with any President in terms of his denial of the Constitution, his denial of Democracy, his pathological resistance to the truth and his full bore resistance to the House as it does its Constitutional duty. This is a sick dangerous President in a class all his own.

This is not the full compliment of appointees who deserted Trump or were fired as it doesn't include Trumps mass desertions or firings in all of 2018 and in 2019
