    In commercial operations they are using vacuums for plants grown organically.

    Yes, they actually vaccum the plants..I thought it such a great idea I started using a shop vac and that way I don't have to squeeze every bad bug in the garden..

    Never thought about it in the garden but I sure as heck have taken The Shark to flies that inundated my house. A lot easier than running around swatting them--wait until they congregate on a light fixture and let slip the hounds of war. I usually keep up fly strips as the first line of defense though--ugly but effective.
