New User Support Ticket System private?

    Even after logging in? Seems like a flaw for new users if it's private to new users. And in spite of instructions on enabling private messaging in userCP, I can't find anything under options that controls PM. It would be helpful to message a moderator and not start an entire thread. Though I suppose, since I'm moderated, it will accomplish the same goal.....

    Options
    Edit Options

    Someone explained that tickets are only viewable by the people posting them. If that's true never mind. Still can't find the private message settings though.

    Go to your USER CP


    Your Control Panel
    Then click on:
    Settings & Options

    Next:
    Edit Options

    scroll down until you see pm choices.
    If that doesn't work, I'll fix it for you. Let me know.
