    Lol. Listen I get the disappointment. You guys have a right to be friggin fed up. I hate porno mustaches like Mathews one.

    If it makes you feel any better I think you have a better chance than your classic enemy us Habs. You might need a different coach. I wonder if for example a tough guy like Torts would make a difference. His problem is he has no patience with goalies but he might be the tough guy they need? Then again maybe with these young billionaires who knows. I think these large contract signings make it impossible to coach these young rich guys. I think it builds in complacency. Then again I am old and jealous and remember guys having to work off season who were superstars. Remember Bobby Hull and Gordie Howe as farmers? I do. I lost track of how many guys sold cars or doughnuts or worked for a living in the summers. Now, look at the bucks man. How can that not impact on someone negatively unless of course yoiu are a guy like Tavares with pride and guts.

    I've just started working again so not going to be able to stay up till 3am watching live games very often now.
    From the 5-4 score line it looks like I missed a thriller last night against the Sabres. Back to back wins for the Leafs who have won 8 out of their last 9.
    Up to second in the division and third in the league although they've played more games than most.

    Just watched the highlights on nhl66.
    Was indeed a great game.
    Goals for the new guys Kampfe, Kase and Bunting plus another goal for Tavares and the winner for Reilly with 11 seconds to go.

    I've been watching rarely. Pretty busy since the Omicron surge. I get home tired. The hospital is short-staffed with multiple employees catching it every day.

    I don't know what it is about N.Carolina. First they stole the name 'Hurricanes' name from University of Miami, and then they took 'Panthers' from Florida Panthers hockey team and named their football team after it. Do they even have panthers in NC?
