Making the rounds on the obsequious tour apparently.

Indeed, Haley claims that when she dealt with him, he always listened and was always truthful. Seems an odd claim not rooted in reality, especially considering her public clashes with the administration.

Perhaps trying to kiss rear into a presidential run in 4 years?

Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley told NBC's "Today" on Tuesday that she never had any doubts about President Trump's truthfulness or fitness for office during her tenure.

"In every instance that I dealt with him, he was truthful, he listened and he was great to work with."The big picture: Haley was promoting her new book "With All Due Respect," which recounts her time serving in the Trump administration and her work with other former Trump officials like Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and chief of staff John Kelly

Trump is a truthful person. He has a bad habit of mis-speaking, which is conveniently misconstrued for lying by lying democrats out to get him. His gafs are a favorite target for lying, cheating, stealing democrat elite and democrat rank-and-file that seem to love the snake oil they pitch.

That does not seem to be an accurate reflection of reality.

    Are you kidding me? Misspeaking?

Clearly you have no objectivity whatsoever. But you do have a strong imagination.

It was a legitimate question at the time, being a qualification to even run for POTUS.

Deep state doesn't care about that except that such trivial matters impede global elite rule.

Deep state giveth and deep state can taketh away, see.

So him promising to play less golf, eliminate the debt, draining the swamp and releasing his tax returns were just him mis-speaking?
Bringing back world respect for America?

    Thank you for this.

Trump has been tied up and tied down by TDS democrats since 2016, and in their delusional rage, they continue to attack him like a bunch of rotten bolsheviks. You are making light of a great president who has been hugely successful despite the hate from democrats and rinos in congress that don't want him to succeed.

    Deplorable.

You are welcome, I noticed you still didn't answer the question.
All of these are items he implicitly promised yet has backtracked on completely.

I will make note that caring about the national deficit is “TDS” however and I would hardly say a man that has caused the largest deficits in the history of the nation is a “great president”. When we are forced to pay it down there will be much pain and the blame will be shifted to whatever adult in power has to do it. Great deceiver is a better term.

What do you mean by "pain"?

Deficits and debt have never bothered democrats ever. Indeed, the entire ****ing slate of democrat president candidates include "grow the debt by leaps and bounds" as their implied primary campaign promise for 2020.

    Really? ...

Bias runs deep, eh? Still, some apparently take an objective approach as one might appreciate in fields purportedly based in science.

Let’s take his claim that Mexico would pay for the wall
.... it was a claim made so often and with vigor that is hard to construe the claim as mis speaking. So we have to think it was a very intentional claim, right?

I think we have to recognize this claim was very expedient for trump in that his base found it highly motivating

now, I ask you..... did trump claim Mexico would pay for the wall because he actually believed this would happen? Or did trump know it was improbable, but never the less continued to make the claim because it was so dang expedient in motivating his supporters?

for me, and I think most non trumpets, it was abundantly obvious that Mexico would never pay for the wall. And we seem to have been correct in that assessments

then there is the next question
Did trump believe something (that Mexico would pay) but he was unintelligent in believing a pleasant delusion? Or did trump understand Mexico was unlikely to pay for the wall.... but never the less he continued to make the claim simply because it was an expedient thing to say?

and further I ask... Were his supporters who believed this claim willfully ignorant? Or was it like professional wrestling... where you know that it is a really just a show, and you enjoy the good show without thinking too much about how real it is?

Is trump not lying in the same way that professional wrestling is not a lie?

Because Trump threatened the jobs of the people working in the weather service

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurricane_Dorian–Alabama_controversy

Trump SHOULD have been impeached for that alone!

I didn't read this post but the first accusation, which I found rather bigoted.

See my remarks above. For this president -- any president -- to accomplish anything at all requires the support, cooperation and input of congress, and this congress is nothing but a bunch of lying, cheating, whining, foot-dragging, duplicitous scum. They haven't supported or cooperated in a single instance because like a bunch of rotten little gangsters (hmm ...), they would rather piss away tax dollars on their bullshit than pitch in and solve problems, which by the way Trump is doing without them to the best he is able in the extremely acid atmosphere.
