A red flag to me- besides using the term 'fascism' is the utter lack of any quote in your post, failure to actually name the bill, failure to actually say what the bill does- and posting a link to a blog- not a news source. Maybe there is an issue- maybe there isn't- but I sure as heck am not going to click on some link to a blog I have never heard of to find out what you fail to tell me. What are you talking about? The news source that goes to the title of the OP in the above IS quoted in the blog. That's the article! The link for the news source is in the blog! The link for the NJ Law is in the blog along with links to other articles about the matter! It was easier to simply give a link to the blog as it already contains these various links that will tell you all about the matter. Pay attention. And how do you figure a law that violates natural and constitutional law with regard to inalienable rights is not fascist?
The law in no way violates the constitution. Reparative therapy is junk science that has done massive amounts of harm to a lot of people. The largest group to offer said "therapy" shut it's doors and apologized for what they did.
