tRUMP lies several times a day. Changes his mind on issues more than most people change their underwear.

Because you believe the increase in border security is more important than even the economy?

No, just a blinding glimpse of the obvious.

You're not the only Trumpster here throwing out quickly made up and totally ridiculous nonsense!

There will be no wall. Trump will not get his way.

So far, tRUMP is on the losing end of this by most public opinion polls.
He said on National TV, he would be proud to own and shutdown the gov't. He can now be proud of his accomplishment. And only he can open it back up.

There was a bipartisan bill passed by the Senate. That tRUMP supported. Until colter, faux, and limbaugh whined.

    Democreats fielded an exceptional candidate.

That can not always be overcome by gerrymandering, the electoral college and blocking minorities from voting.

I didn’t listen to any of it, if I wanted to hear lies I would call my ex.

I read the talking points from him and from the Democrats

They are not going to give him his wall because if they concede he will use the same strategy again and they know this. There is a reason he has already had two other government shutdowns. He has had the most shutdowns by year two than other presidents have had in 8.

Like the liar in chief is to ever be trusted. He rejected a bipartisan wall funding that he previously supported.
Then went on national tv and said he'd be proud to own and shut down the gov't.
    He got his wish.

He can't really, it's his constitutional duty to provide checks and balances and prevent a bad, lacking, inadequate bill not meeting the expectations of the American people from becoming the law.

The ball is in Pelosi's court now. She can actually reopen the government, provide paycheck to a million of American families, give 3 more years of certainty to the DACA/TPS people....and it's not even a trade off, there is absolutely no downside to taking Trump on his offer. None. whatsoever. Duh

He agreed to the bipartisan Senate bill. Then changed his mind.
Then said on National tv, he'd be proud to own and shut down the gov't.
    Those are the facts.

LOL, Dude, grow up and leave this silly childish gotcha spin to professionals. The bottom line is very simple,

Trump gave Pelosi an offer that is a win-win-win for absolutely everyone involved. The country wins, the DACA people win, the TPS people win, the federal employees win, their families win, all Americans win. There is no losers, there is no downside to the offer Trump gave to Pelosi. None, whatsoever.

'Immoral' 'unprincipled' Dems are already caving to Trump.

"Cher is blasting President Trump for his demand for border wall funding but is urging House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to “let him have his f---ing money” in order to end the partial government shutdown.

“Real people are suffering,” the “Believe” singer — a vocal critic of Trump who's referred to the president before as a “f---ing traitor" — said in a Wednesday tweet to her more than 3.6 million followers."
THE HILL, Cher to Pelosi: Give Trump 'his f---ing money', BY JUDY KURTZ - 01/10/19.
    https://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/in-the-know/424716-cher-to-pelosi-give-trump-his-f-ing-money

But I am sure Nancy and Chuck will stand strong until the bitter end - 11/2020. We all know they are both way moral and principled politicians.

No, I believe the will of the People is the driving force in democratic self-governance.

As I noted, Democrats are representing the majority of Americans who consistently concur in their dismal assessment of Trump, their opposition to his "big, beautiful wall" that a Republican-run Congress refused to fund for the past two years, and their acceptance of his being "proud" to take responsibility for shutting down the government (and not to try to blame anyone else for it) because he is still not being given the taxpayer's money for his unpopular scheme.

When a majority of Americans support Congress giving him his $5.7 billion for his wall that he repeatedly promised that Mexico would pay for and that the Republican-controlled Congress had refused to do for two years, Democrats should accede to such a radical shift in public opinion.

Hardly. The first timers come in on a VISA then over stay. When we deport a visa overstay or a criminal alien, the only way back in is across the open border. The guy in San Francisco who killed Kate Steinle was deported and came back 5 times, the guy in Nevada or Utah who killed Sheriff's Deputies was deported 8 times and came back. The wall cuts off the route for deportees to return. Then there's the cost of doing nothing.........$2.6 Billion dollars a year just to house detainees, that's not counting health care or legal fees.

If they are coming here just for work, they will abide by most of our laws and never come in contact with the law. That means the good law abiding hard working people stay and the illegal criminal element gets tossed out and will play hades to get back in. I guess that just makes too much sense.

Explain the significance of the 8 years of make him fail before going into this brand of hypocrisy. I'm fascinated by the mindless hypocrisy.

Yes, bottom line is very simple.
tRUMP on TV, said he'd be proud to own and shutdown the gov't.
He also was in agreement with the Senate bipartisan bill.

I know when ad homs come out, the poster has lost their argument. Concession accepted.
