    Director Dianne Sauve said after her agency recovered roughly 40 dogs
    before Irma made landfall.
    " some were tied up,others were in pens or enclosed yards,unable to escape. "
    No call for that.That is cruel and unusual punishment.
    Given that our pets { Dogs & Cats } are blessed with an innate ability to
    sense an earthquake days before they occur.

    Then there's #HarveyCat whose viral image of swimming around
    in flood waters during Hurricane Harvey reached 65,ooo images
    in no time since being captured on Aug. 30th.
    A Tabby cat with a determined face as it's seen swimming
    around looking for a suitable place to stop for a breather.
