sure thing. A new high tech secret weapon that they say they have tested under Dear Leader Kims guidance. He doesn't need one it seems when Press Releases work just as effectively as a real secret weapon and are way way way cheaper.

Fear? I already stated that IMO North Korea has as much of a right as any other country to test missiles, nuclear or otherwise. The fear was spread by Trump and his fans saying that the US are going to be nuked by NK and how brilliant Trump was in getting NK to destroy their nuclear facilities BTW it was the same state run media that Trump fans have quoted saying that they are destroying their nuclear weapon sites
Laughing at him, playing with him, it's the same thing. One way to avoid an attack is not to announce that you have a new weapon after nearly a year out of the spot light
