I have the impression that world politicians, with their crazy ideas of tolerance and uncontrolled migration, are creating conditions for the return of fascism.

And one more addition. In Norway, the maximum penalty is 21 years in prison.
You can commit any crime and the maximum that threatens you is 21 years in prison.
In conditions of detention that ordinary people often cannot afford free in everyday life.

His supporters would indeed claim that the people he massacred for their political believes are not the victim, but Breivik is for making him react that way.
Nothing new.

He was convicted with getting 21 years, with a 10 year minimum but with a containment footnote... as far as I understood it. That 10 years was when he went sieg heil in the court, so he got a no in return. And this will go forth until he reaches 21 years. And then the containment footnote kicks in that his sentence can be prolonged for an other 5 years if he's still regarded as dangerous. And after them 5 years, he will get a new review to see if an other 5 years is needed.... etc etc until the guy dies in jail. And currently he looks like he's going for it. Good for him to make sure the world is a safer place.

So to claim he will get out in 21 years, is currently looking so optimistic to the point it's rather unrealistic.

America isn't number 1.
