LOL! Yes, I live up high where the air is thin. It's healthier, makes the body work harder whether it wants to or not. When I moved here a couple of years ago, it took weeks to adapt to the altitude and the dry air, and I dropped over 20 pounds in the first few months. But it has no effect on my ability to reason.

(North Side) That is right off 9th Street where I used to live. It is a 1/4 mile from the pier and often one of the most crowded areas. It also has a nice surf break.

The city then issued a public statement thanking the citizens and beachgoers for honoring the Social Distancing requests. A week later Gavin Newsom closed our beaches because of a hyper telephoto lens photo taken in Newport Beach which depicted the Lifeguard stands 20 yards apart as the photograph crunched the background with the foreground. What the Left does to impose their power to control Americans is sick.

If you want to claim government can make mandates and enforce them regardless of constitutionality you have an argument. But this statement...

Yours is a propaganda photo. We can't tell what the Beach is like during holiday celebrations beach parties volley ball activities and festive occasions. The photo doesn't tell us a thing. It only shows us a snapshot on one day at one small section of the beach. Both the beach and the pier look to be very crowded. Only fools would be in crowds like this without a mask. Plus it may re-open after the 4th

The images I shared were from HBPD and the city and are taken from their official pages. They also issued a public statement thanking the citizens for adhering to social distancing.

Those Lifeguard stands are 1/8 of a mile apart, but your photos make them look close together. You are not a local. You don't know what you are babbling about.
