This is certainly an interesting development in
the NSTU conflict with the McNeil provincial government.

In my opinion, one of the options that the NSTU should seriously consider is
a counter suit against Nova Scotia's Universities, especially their
    Economics Departments,
for the intellectual dishonesty and mentality of
COLLABORATION that they have shown since
the 1980's in what certainly appears to be a scheme to break unions?!

I could be wrong.... but that is what it looks like to me
at this time considering the evidence that I have dug up
    so far???!

You will also want to take a look at this post to get a
better background picture to what seems to be happening here:

Thread: Subject: Government Update on Teachers (Nova Scotia Liberal Party)

My theory to a degree depends on ideas that
I wrote up in my 2006 campaign for the office of M. L. A.
    as an indendent:

Now that I have read the article
I do have a suggestion for the NSTU.

    ....
My opinion on this is that it is best for the NSTU to
concede on this point.... and take in student teachers
and assist them to fulfill their requirements to get their
    degrees plus work experience!

The risks involved in NOT conceding on this particular point
seem to be greater than the potential benefits
in interpreting your "work to rule" action in such a way
that could not accommodate this previous agreement
that is spelled out in the Education Act.

This is an exceptionally good article on the subject.

I agree with the writer that the NSTU should follow the example set in Ontario.

The risks are too great to do otherwise.

Only recourse was to sue NSTU, universities say

    ....
... but as can be seen in this other discussion,
the NSTU does certainly have the option to
wonder if incompetence on the part of the economics departments
at Canadian universities since 1974 is at the heart of the problem.

I elaborate further on this idea in the first three posts in this other discussion:

I am one of the members of his party who is extremely
glad that National Conservative Party Leadership candidate Mr. Kevin O'Leary
wrote the following letter to Premier Stephen McNeil.

Here is one of the best and clearest articles that I have read that
is evidence that the economics departments and most Canadian
universities have been giving students an incomplete picture of
what really happened back in 1974.

Richard Dawkins Ph. D. is LYING when he terms himself
    an Atheist!

He is obviously an Agnostic...... not an Atheist as is obvious
from his comments in this video interview.

    Richard Dawkins: Aliens Seeded Earth?

Richard Dawkins Ph. D. is deliberately lying and terming himself
an Atheist, rather than an Agnostic, because our culture considers
Atheism significantly more COOL than Agnosticism........
but more of an open mind to the implications of all this is critical to
laying the foundation for a massive real estate boom in the Canadian and USA
    economy.

University biology text books are deliberately written in
an intellectually dishonest manner because our brightest and best minds
are uncomfortable with the almost obvious implications of the following
    questions:

    http://www.politicalforum.com/opini...lligence-begin-matter-fundamental-energy.html
Where did Intelligence begin, in matter or fundamental energy?
    I am an Evolutionary Theist........

I am of the belief that a being with "Godlike" technological capability

began, far far far far far more than 13.72 billion years ago, in
fundamental or nearly fundamental energy that to at least some
degree corresponds with "Energy from Quantum Vacuum."

This Intelligence learned and learned, and experimented..... .and
designed Big Bang type events, nearly an infinite number of them,
and eventually, around 13.72 billion year or so ago began our.......
Big Bang event that led to the evolution plus creation of
all the life forms that we see here on earth.

I just found out this morning that a published author is far far far far ahead of
my rather simplistic understanding of this question.

Biocosm: The New Scientific Theory of Evolution: Intelligent Life Is the Architect of the Universe

    .......
So how does this relate to a boom in Canadian and USA real estate in
    rural areas?
