It would be appropriate for Congress to issue a Declaration of War against Islam and end that fight. That would temporarily halt the flow of terrorists into the U.S. since we would ban incoming Muslims until the terrorists were located and eradicated. The situation south of the border is a joke. The right is becoming pro-globalist as they seek to build the ultimate POLICE STATE over an issue they can't even defend in honest discussions.
