The National Rifle Association (NRA) has said it’s suffering from substantial financial issues that could cause the organisation to "be unable to exist".

In a recent court filing, the powerful organisation that lobbies on behalf of gun makers, owners and campaigns against almost all gun regulations, said it had lost its media insurance coverage due to an aggressive campaign brought on by New York’s Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo. The campaign encouraged companies to cut ties with the gun lobbying group. A lack of liability insurance threatens to shut down the group’s multi-million dollar media entities, including NRATV, its own streaming channel....

Why do you ASSume there is an ‘and’? I’m just posting what the NRA is saying. Wasn’t sure if you’d heard about it.

The NRA can't be out of money. I sent them $100 earlier this year. What the heck are they doing? Spending it all in one place???

I am not an NRA member but still just now contributed to the NRA. Work with them posters and go to their site and help them survive the attack by Democrats.

I contributed less than suggested so you can also do it. But it is your call.

    Awwwww Diddums to the NRA!

Does this mean they will start demanding back money from all the Republican politicians they have bought over the years?

Bought? Did Soros and Bloomberg buy politicians or did they just donate to those with the same beliefs?

Regardless of donations both the Republican Party and the NRA support the Second Amendment. Nothing the NRA has done changed any position of any Republican politician.

If you don't understand that you don't know much about American politics.

Its part of the NRAs lawsuit against Cuomo.

    http://www.kitv.com/story/38813607/...ble-because-of-actions-by-new-york-regulators

    exerpt

"Far from protected government speech, defendants' actions constitute an 'implied threat to employ coercive state power' against entities doing business with the NRA," the lawsuit says, employing a quote from a 2003 free speech case."

Sounds like leftists trying to use state power to silence opposition. How surprising...

This quote from Cuomo is telling:

"But the governor is not letting up either, describing the lawsuit as “a futile and desperate attempt to advance its dangerous agenda to sell more guns” in his statement. " Sounds like Cuomo ideas of "common sense regulations" should include banning the sale of firearms.

I must ask. Eagerly you support the deaths in the millions of babies yet in the wombs, But you are against the NRA who teaches safety courses.

    Why is that?

Normally I would not give the NRA a dime. But I sent them cash to help solve this problem.

If payments for owed bills and fees are turned down and refused, what good is funding? For all intents and purposes it does not exist, because it cannot be used.

most anti gun posters only pretend they are motivated to bash gun ownership due to violent crime. IN reality its due to almost all GCA's being left wing activists and hating the voting patterns of NRA members.
