What are you saying here...aside from the fact that you just commented to troll partisan lies? Are you saying OJ didn't murder anyone?

Today marks the day of days for " the Juice ". If he's denied
his parole,I bet we will see him cry.He will sob like a chile whose
had his new shiny toy taken away.If he's allowed his parole he may
also cry. Some of the best crying is done when freed from the tenterhooks of
    anxiety and uncertainty.
    Say's I.

I think a 3-3 parole board decision is likely.Going from all the Prison
movies I've seen.Parole boards are tough nuts to crack.
A 3-3 decision would move his next parole hearing to January of 2018.
A unanimous decision today for his freedom means October 1
at the earliest. That will be the longest 2 months of his life.
That wait could probably cause his health to fail.

Got his get out of Jail card. Look out Florida, The Juice will be on his way.

    O.J. Simpson Granted Parole.....

Former NFL star O.J. Simspon was granted parole on Thursday at a hearing at the Nevada Board of Parole in Lovelock, Nevada. Simpson was sentenced to nine to 33 years in prison on October 3, 2008 for armed robbery committed on September 13, 2007 in Las Vegas. In an odd twist, Simpson was sentenced exactly 13 years after he was acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman. Despite being acquitted of murder, Simpson was later found to have been legally responsible for the deaths of Brown and Goldman in a civil suit in 1997, and was ordered to pay $25 million to Brown and Goldman's families. This was Simpson's first parole hearing. He will be released in October.

Simpson said that he hopes to spend more time with his children. His eldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, spoke at the hearing. If granted parole, Simpson said that he hoped to move to Florida. He also said that he may get involved in media if he were to be released.

Bruce Fromong, one of Simpson's robbery victims, testified that Simpson never held a gun to him during the robbery, and that Simpson "never laid a hand" on him. Fromong also said that he forgave Simpson for the robbery, and that he believes that he has been a "model inmate." .....snip~

Pardon me but didn't Orenthal try more than once complaining
about stuff in order to get out early. He was offered a plea deal that
meant 2 1/2 years instead of 33.Dint he pull something.
Begged for President Obama to pardon him since he felt he was
suffering from cancer. Then O.J.'s doctors told him he could be dead in as
little as 3 months for his out-of-control blood sugar and blood pressure.
" But O.J. doesn't care.He knows he's never going to get out of prison
so he refuses to take care of himself."
Obama declaring often today that he never tried to make excuses for his
    imprisonment.
    Yeah right Pops !

Maybe we should do away with parole. If you are sentenced to 30 years, then you should do 30 years. Obviously the judge/jury felt that the crime was worthy of that time to begin with. Of course they are going to behave differently when locked up than they are when they get out. OJ is just lucky because of who he is. Some convicts don't do so well trying to get a job or making any money and they end up falling back into a life of crime because they feel like they don't have any other choices.

Well, why should criminals be let off early, especially ones convicted of serious crimes or violent crimes? There is a lot of crime here in the USA, and that is probably because we are so weak on crime.

For the sane, civilized reason. That In a Civilized Society we have laws
and penalties in order to keep society safe and also to teach a lesson.
That crime does not pay.But If convicted of a crime, there is also a reward
for Good Behavior. One reason for incarceration is to pay back society and
    also rehabiliate any bad behavior.

The 30 year sentence was an attempt to seek justice for the earlier acquittal.
No one truly gets away anything.

Therefore in the Wacky World of Justice if one can
Indict a Ham sammich then surely more than one can
free a knife-wielding black athlete with a smiley face attitude.

There should be no reward for good behavior since that is to be expected.

Well, you haven't killed anyone else since you've been locked away, so we are going to "reward" you by letting you out early. Are you kidding me?

In Grade school {Parochial} they used to give out stars { Little Gold or Silver }.
What would be the incentive for a person in prison to behave.?
That is why Death Row is so spooky and extreme tight security.
Those on Death Row are w/o hope.Short of a Priest or a Pastor
    visiting them and holding their hand before off to the gallows { Gas chamber }
or Sparky { notorious name for the electric chair }.
Like I said ... Prison is ALSO a place for rehabilitation. That is also why
Prisons have Solitary confinement { the Hole }.For those who haven't
    cooperated or are causing trouble.
You are not using yer noggin. If our Justice system did not have a
parole system in place,Many Crimes would be worse. There would no
need for a criminal to surrender or stop short of mayham knowing that
they'll be in jail longer or w/o ANY Parole.
Our Justice System is said to be among the best in the world.
Not perfect,no system is,but the best.
We also have safeguards such as Presidential Pardons and
    Governors using stays of execution.
I suggest you rent a few Prison movies.
Here are some good Woman's Prison flicks :
    - I Want to Live - { 1958 } True murder case that shocked the world.
    - Woman's Prison - { 1955 } a favorite of mine
    - Caged - { 1950 }
    - Girls Town - { 1959 } Jazzy,Nun-run reformatory for young gals { chicks ? }
And what happens to good kids who just had the bad fortune to
let their hijinks destroy and determine their entire lives.
    - Sleepers - { 1996 } with an all-star cast and nice role for Robert
DeNiro as concerned { Fatherly } Priest in a Poor Parish district with
Kids that desperately need guidance and a watchful eye.

My how time flies.Well it's upon us already. The " Juice " could be released
from prison as early as this coming Monday.
    Isn't that a comfy thought.
I,and obviously others will be counting the days until Orenthal
James manages to retreat back to his old self.
Out and about,back-slapping and the like.Like nothing ever happened.
Don't forget this is the man { N.F.L. running back legend } who as a
Movie star did a TV Movie where he keeps calling this little white girl
" Sweets ".He was the Bus Driver of that Movie.
    I wonder what BlackLivesMatter thinks.
    No I doesn't.

The latest photo of OJ shows him All Smiles.
According to his lawyer,Malcolm LaVergne, " insists that Simpson
now wants to partake of ' the very simple pleasures ' of life ".
" Which include seafood and steak. As well as getting the latest
    iPhone ".
Well isn't that just peachy creamy.I mean, really.Just hunky dory.
Now about that OJ pledge to NOT give the Goldman family as much
    as a dime.
    His Net Worth runs between " $ 250,ooo and $ 3 Million.
He still has his Pensions { more than one } which is why he moved
to Florida. To shield them from debts.Like a Spendthrift clause.
Orenthal James Lost his civil trial and was found liable for Millions
{ tens of millions ? } to the Goldman family.
I guess he won't be parading into Jeff Ruby's { Louisville } Steakhouse
with any entourage. He was told to leave that Steakhouse after patrons
complained. That was back in May of 2007 before the Derby started.
Simpson came into the upscale Steakhouse with around 12 guests
on a Friday.Jeff Ruby, the owner came up to the Simpson table,
situated towards the back of the restaurant and said " I'm not serving you ."
Simpson came up to Ruby and acknowledged he understood and would gather
the rest of his party and leave.
I wonder if Simpson faces the same problem next week.
Will he be kindly asked to leave Prison.
Or will he be turning away requests for autographs.
I know a guy who after the Simpson verdict was in California and got
a signed photo of OJ. They were up for sale.

Fred Goldman { Ron's father } stated that he believes attorney
Robert Kardashian hid evidence. That he took valuable evidence
from the OJ Brentwood home in a suitcase. And that he never
revealed where it was or where he put it before his 2003 death.
Orenthal is estimated to owe over $ 33 million to the estates of his
ex-wife and the Goldman family. He was sentenced to between 9
    and 33 years.
He still owes the Goldman family. He dint serve no 33 years.
Maybe we could calculate like yardage what the " Juice "
    should pay.
    9 X 364 = 3,276.
    OJ's total rushing yardage = 11,236.
I'm sure reasonable folk could accommodate some formula
as to what price OJ has paid to society vs. the Goldman family.
Thus far,OJ had paid NO price to his victim's family.
That is Unamerican.OJ was a Great { one of The best } football
player. The N.F.L. is a great example of Americana.
OJ has not lived up to that standard ever since that fatal night.
Seafood and steaks and iPhones ... be damned.
