He's an alternate perspective. Suppose, somewhere, at some time, a doctor in America was in fact sterilizing women without their consent or knowledge.

I suspect this story got started by somebody repeating the TRUE story of mentally retarded women in the South, back in the 50's, being sterilized. And just changed the dates and the particulars to make it seem as if it's part of some grand anti-white conspiracy.

To wish for the ability to have a child, but unable to do so, not without an expensive surgery which isn't guaranteed, would be quite bleak.

Not all life changing decisions are equal, and some people are certainly more able to make major decisions than others.

All I'm saying is that sterilization shouldn't be something which is offered freely to someone who might not even really know what they want to major in, let alone know if they want to have a child later on in life.

Think rationally, not emotionally.

 

In all honestly I'd support this, if it was offered to all women, and men as well.

I'd rather the govt offer free sterilizations than have our tax dollars support some baby momma who has 5 children with 5 different fathers just because she's too lazy to take the pill, or her baby daddies are too lazy or dumb to bother to use a condom.

Not to mention that welfare babies will likely take after momma and daddy (assuming the daddy's even around) and grow up to be welfare dependent, and pop out more welfare babies of their own. Leading to entire generations of self-entitled, welfare-dependent Democrat voters.

Anything that helps prevent people from having children that aren't planned and aren't able to be supported without taxpayer money is good by me.

Lets make it so nobody has to work for a living except those who are bored with being handed everything for free and see how far that gets us.

There is nothing emotional about my argument. I simply oppose creating the opportunity for a young woman (who's barley left the nest) to make such a rash decision. Mind you, I'm not arguing that it should be completely impossible for a college age girl to obtain a sterilization procedure, I'm simply saying that it shouldn't be free and easy to obtain.

Unless you're a Libertarian to the extreme, you should examine your own views and how they might pertain to others, and then reconsider what you've said.
