Over a month ago, some birther was enthusiastically posting a video claiming that there would be an explosive TV announcement on National TV before the inauguration that would expose de userper and there would be frogmarching and gnashing of teeth.

Oddly, I missed it. Happy inauguration day, birthers.

Birther expert in legal proctoligy, Orly Taitz, staged a protest yesterday which drew a crowd of one. And Another birther turned up independently so there were 3 mighty birthers shaking the government and holding signs you could not read over a foot away. No sense upsetting the secret service. Of course all anyone would have seen is 2 people as both supporters arrived at different times. Stunningly, with 3 people turning up this only equals the worst birther fail of all time.

Today they are bravely continuing the fight somewhere where they won't be faced by 800,000 Obama supporters and the man himself. Their heroism knows no bounds.

The same Orly Taitz who is now telling everyone that she has a case for Oral Argument at the supreme court, rather than a case that will be denied tomorrow, as indicated by the fact that the Government has waived giving a response and the court has not requested one. Not only has she had this happen to her before, but she is making the exact same mistake as Mario Apuzzo did in 2010 when he raged at real lawyers for daring to say that his case was up for dismissal and that his case definitely would be heard. And of course got into an argument where they all made him look totally ridiculous.

Actually the rules state that you can only send one copy of your pleadings to the supreme court. If they want extra copies they will ask for them. Orly sent 9 and a bunch were sent back. That's why the postage stamp for the returns, proudly displayed by Orly on her blog, was the 21st of December.

Which means that the only proof from the evidence from your scribd document is that Orly is an idiot who cant follow the rules.
