    It doesn't surprise me to learn you have deficient reading comprehension skills. Mueller lays out, in the 4 examples from the Lawfare chart, how Individual One's actions met all four of the criteria required for a criminal obstruction charge to be brought. The OLC opinion prevented him from bringing charges so he left the matter up to Congress to decide.

    I asked you to provide a Mueller quote. Where Mueller lays out that a prosecutorial "threshold" was reached on 4 instances of obstruction. Yoyr Dan Abrams BLOG is not going to carry any weight with me. Either you told the truth when you said a threshold was reached ... or did SOMETHING ELSE. SOMETHING you do pretty frequently and absolutely shamelessly.

    Do you really imagine this transparent semantic game you are playing is working for you? If you had read the report you'd know Mueller carefully explains what elements are necessary to meet the legal standard for obstruction. He then goes on, in 4 instances, to detail why those 4 elements are present.

Your BLOGSTER doesn't even claim Mueller said, in the report you keep insisting I re-read, that Trump's actions met the prosecutorial "threshold" for obstruction.     Your position couldn't be more intellectually dishonest if you tried. It's like saying a defendant didn't admit his guilt because he didn't say he was guilty, he only submitted a guilty plea to the court.

    Why don't you read it, read the law, and get back to us, instead of depending on a liberal blogger. The problem is, is that liberal blogger doesn't have the same effect as all the lawyers, and Mueller himself reviewing the evidence...that concluded the threshold was not met.
