    Right Mexico doesn't give away free stuff we do so they came to us so they weren't seeking refuge they were seeking free stuff.

    It shouldn't be for illegal aliens who lie about seeking asylum and traffic children here so that they can avoid penalties.

    Asylum law requires those seeking it to request it in the first country one enters thats free of what they were seeking asylum from. So asylum seekers from Central America must seek asylum in Mexico if they go north and Costa Rica or Panama if they go south.

    It is but that’s not the issue for those truly seeking asylum. Mexico is a good enough country for them to seek it in.
