collecting taxes and spending money is not a budget. You cannot be as dumb as you pretend to be on this subject---------can you?

How did the GOP stop the Democrat controlled Senate from passing their budget resolution and going to reconciliation?

Then there was no budget passed. The law requires the individual spending bills which make up the budget be passed by each house and then reconciled.

Show where that has happened since 2009.

Link to the budget reconciliation bills for 2010, 2011, 2012 then.

I could care less if you put me on your ignore list. taxes were collected and funds allocated according to budgetary contraints. there has been a budget all four years of his presidency.

Perhaps it is the union dominated inadequate liberal education system that causes these brainwashed liberals to not understand the differences in words and where and how they are used in context. As you and I know, there has not been an operating US Federal Budget bill passed under the incompetent clown fool obama.
One can if one wishes to waste one's time for NOTHING, go to the White House website and find the b.o. US Federal Budget, PROPOSALS, that he has submitted to Congress as he is required by law to do. His submissions were all slightly LATE, but that has become the norm for presidents long before b.o. But each of his PROPOSALS were rejected by Congress. NONE WERE OBSTRUCTED, claims of obstruction in ANY of the 4 years are outright stupid LIES. Some bills were filibustered to be sure, but NOT any presidential US Federal Budget PROPOSAL.

A 'budget', whether a personal, household, or US Federal Budget, looks at expected income and expected outflow.

A Continuing Resolution simply provides outflow to departments that need funds. That is not a 'budget.'

There have been bills of all kinds passed in the House and died in the Senate. and the reverse is true as well. Some were obstructed and the votes were not there to break a filibuster. Some bills simply did not have the votes to pass in the body it was introduced and died in "house" so to speak. Some are introduced and die in committee. Some proposals simply do not get passed, including the president's US Federal Budget PROPOSALS. What happens to all these non-passed bills? Ron Paul introduced over 700 bills to Congress, not even a handful became law. What happens to them and the presidents budget PROPOSALS? They became scrap paper. They cease to have any meaning or value, they are WAS, not IS.

One can look up EVERY SINGLE bill ever introduced, but the ones that did not become law are now meaningless, as is obama and his PROPOSALS.

Despite all your intentional disgusting lying, it is a budget proposal. It is in no way in effect in any government department, including the White House, so it is NOT a budget. It is a budget proposal that was rejected by Congress and was never in effect for a nanosecond and never will be. STOP YOUR LYING!

HAD it passed, it WOULD be THE US Federal Budget, but it did not pass, so it is just so much more wasted govt paper or bandwidth.
