Obamacare is a disaster and Obama clearly lied when he said the program would save families money. Turns out the "Affordable Care Act" isn't so affordable after all. Nothing but lies from Obama and the left so far. Obamacare? How about "Obama doesn't Care".

He's getting maybe about the coverage he has now FOR 24% more and I'm paying an additional $414/mo in taxes to keep it close.

This is an outrage. All these OFA shills tout the subsidies BUT it's a cost. It's MY COST.

Bonus question: Why does Cruella Sebelius still have a job.

I knew that you wouldn't let a phony sob story go to waste. But, yes, we on the left have been asking your side to wait. Your side is afraid to wait. That is why the GOP is trying some very stupid actions that will not stop Obama care, will hurt Americans and will destroy their own party. Boy, am I willing to wait.

    1) My Story; Next year our cost is increasing by ~$2K, my deductible is going up from $35 to $45 and I'm loosing my current PC DR.
    2) Sebelius has a job because firing her now would embarrass the president and because incompetence, no matter on what scale, isn't a firing offense in DC, if it was, the WH and halls of Congress would be empty.

One thing is for sure: the Repubs don't care since they refused to help write the plan. Their health care plan is to tell people that they shouldn't get sick but if they do, then they should hurry up and die so that they won't clog up the hospitals.

People have wads of money to blow on going to ball games but they whine when they have to spend a dollar on their own medical care.

Since it seems that most of the other posters have put you on ignore, please post your evidence that this story is phony. Now run off to your left loon websites and see what they tell you to say about it being phony, then you can regurgitate in your next post.

This Obama cluster (*)(*)(*)(*) healthcare is coming back to bite all of the left loon fringe in the ass.

So Mr. Mangione found a plan that had lower premiums than his current plan but chose to pay more to get a doctor that was not in the network of the less expensive plan.

    So ObamaCare preserves consumer choice....

I don't see how this is a "phony" sob story.

A 24 percent increase AFTER months of a 100% increase is not a sob story.

    Wait for what, exactly?

I recall you saying that two years ago when posters were raising these very matters. You said wait, there will be subsidies and everyone will be better off.

Well it seems from this vantage point the subsidies have arrived and he's a lot worse off...

So what are we waiting for, the great price drop when everyone is finally signed up? So far every prediction from the naysayers has been true and then some, they did not foresee the budget office revising upward THREE TIMES....while all the assurances from you and the paid White House shills have been wrong.

This morning Canada national radio, the CBC ran a series of quotes from Obama and the Obamacare team...one that caught my attention was Obama back to back, one saying: "no one will have to pay more..." some time ago....and "There will be some, because of their income level and situation that might find their premiums a bit higher..."..so these "just wait" assurances are completely meaningless anymore.....I simply don't believe your side...

Help out the poor American. Send him some Canadian money. He needs it to pay for his health care plan.

No matter to me. I could buy a BMW and a Mercedes for what I've already been paying United HealthCare.

Still, I'm open to all suggestions. Republicans would have a better shot at repealing ObamaCare if they came up with a better plan on their own rather than sniveling about how bad ObamaCare is.

    Say again?

The REPUBLICANS REFUSED TO HELP WRITE IT?

I am sorry, I missed the news item where members of the Republican Party were invited to the insurance industry sessions which created the document now known as the Affordable Health Act. The insurance industry wrote it...not congress.

No member of the Democratic House or Senate, a full majority at the time, even cared enough to be bothered to read it. That majority vetoed EVERY ONE OF some 70 amendments...it passed as per, word for word as written by an industry who had shown themselves only a year before to be greedy, selfish, uncaring slobs most of whom live off shore.

Your party was too (*)(*)(*)(*)ing arrogant to even read the single most important piece of legislation to be passed by Obama and his administration and YOU have the cheap, slithering dishonesty to claim REPUBLICANS "refused" to "help"?

And where do you get that the ACA is there to tell people not to get sick.....where in the 100,000,000 words does it say that? I mean if you're claiming the Republicans "refused to help" I'm assuming your exalted self-appointed position comes from a seat of authority and that unlike your wonderful, perfect, never make a mistake Democrats and unlike Obama himself, you have actually READ the ACA and can verify that that sentiment or words are included there...

Clearly, we can ignore what you have to say in the future as pure unadulterated and irrelevant fantasy...

So, you admit that Obamanomics have failed and that your country needs bailing out from a country one tenth your size and is best known for clubbing baby seals?

Oh, how the mighty have fallen....under Obama you can't even take care of your working class, let alone the poor.

    Don't move here OK?

There are something like 200 Republican proposals included in the law.

Proposals? Since when does a republican proposal become law if Obama hasn't signed it? I am curious where you got that 200 number since you are eluding that it was included in the current law?

I've seen the 200 number, can't find it now.
But heck, the individual mandate is a Republican proposal from the Heritage Foundation, and was Gingrich's answer to Hillary Care.
And the final plan is almost the exact same thing as RomneyCare, written by the same guy.
    But there's more.
    http://www.whitehouse.gov/health-care-meeting/republican-ideas

Look, the reason you have this all out press to stop it before it starts isn't because the GOP thinks it's going to be a huge disaster.
It's because the GOP thinks it's going to be a huge success, and one that will seriously hurt the GOP in a lot of elections to come.

I see, so what you are saying is that this entire Obamacare cluster (*)(*)(*)(*) is all the republicans fault. :roflol:

Amazing how liberals like to twist everything to fit their agendas

This piece of (*)(*)(*)(*) law sits solely on the shoulders of the democrats, they did it completely on their own, and not one republican was invited to the party

The bottom line is democrats got into bed with the insurance companies, and instead of allowing a open competition market throughout the states, they continue to allow only a select few to compete. Now how (*)(*)(*)(*)ing crazy is that?
