Ocasio-Cortez wipes away a tear as she vows to defund ICE over death of 7-year-old migrant

OK how about we not give all our police departments a "dime" because of the rare human rights violation she is shedding a tear about with our immigration and customs law enforcement. Just stop all payments to them.

She went on to bring up the little girl who died because of the ordeal her father put her through. As if it were the fault of ICE and we are supposed to have the most modern medical facilities and the best care that our citizens recieve just waiting for all emergencies and all illiness these people BRING WITH THEM. That the American people are responsible for their care and responsible for the results of the ordeal they go through. It was a Fox News documentary on Ellis Island and their new exhibit a couple of years ago the Ellis Island director in talking about the hospital, the largest in the country at the time, that when the person arrived they were given an exam and if they could not be allowed in because of an illness or disease they were given a choice, go to the Ellis Island hospital and pay for your treatment or get a sponsor to pay for it or get on the next boat back to your port of origination. The American taxpayer didn't pay for their health care.

So here's what we do, we beef up ICE an border security including the additional fencing the experts say they need to discourage them from coming anymore and trying to enter illegally. Fill for asylum in your home country and come through a proper port of entry. And know that if you do not have a proper reason to enter for asylum, like 90% of those who enter illegal do not have, you will be IMMEDIATELY sent back home and any health care you require you will be required to pay for it just as a legal alien would have to do and a citizen would have to do so be prepared. We have a right as a country to tell people who want to come here you must be able to support yourself.

 

Really, to put our national security into the hands of a young woman's emotions is folly. And there are lots of strong capable women out there, AOC is not one of them.

 

While 'Ocort' (Ocasio-Cortez, but I'm getting sick and tired of these hyphenated last names) was shedding a tear for a dead child, one wonders if she also understood that it was very, very likely that if the PARENTS of the child had left the child back home, the little child would, in all likelihood, STILL BE ALIVE!

Foreigners do stupid, reckless things, throw themselves on OUR border, and then, somehow, every damned thing that happens afterward is the fault of the United States of America...? A one word reply -- BULLSHIT!

THAT's the part which burns me a bit. If I walked into a hospital or clinic I'd be expected to pay, because I have insurance, a home, ID. They can track me. But illegals walk in, don't give ID, don't give any forwarding information and just get it all FREE and it costs the rest of us a FORTUNE. Its infuriating how stupid we are to allow people to take advantage of us.

If you apply for asylum, you should HAVE TO bring documentation from your country of origin. You can't just show up and expect us to let you in, you get food, some shots, a free check up and WE pay for all that ****. Mexico will lock you up and extort money out of you just for vacationing there. Screw THEM.
