    Explain my cop son in law that retired and never shot anybody? What is wrong with him?

    Don't take it personally. Theres plenty of good cops that are trained responsibly by dedicated departments, or take it upon themselves to shoot (or not) with reservation.

    Generally speaking, LEOs are being trained to fire without hesitation, oiow, fire without question when perceiving a threat. That is not responsible firearm handling, and its neither serving nor protecting the public.
