dash camera.I'm not sure if it has audio. It hasn't been refreashed totally
yet. That would at least show the front footage of action.

What is the video tell you? Nothing. And her statement, it is not her contemporaneous statement of events and she doesn't seem very clear nor to the point.

In the video recording, the officer who reportedly shot Brown to death is not evidencing any serious injuries in the immediate aftermath.

Whether his killing the unarmed Brown was justified demands a thorough investigation, even if my stating that basic requirement before drawing conclusions upsets some folks with an agenda one way or the other.

 

If Wilson feared for his life, his shooting Brown was appropriate. Whether that was the case, and whether he needed to shoot him six times remains to be determined.

Rush judgements expose agendas, not truth.

I'm biased in favour of thorough, objective investigations to assess conflicting accounts and analyze forensic evidence before conclusions are reached.

If that "bias" gets you in a tizzy, that's unfortunate.

You might apply that to claims of Wilson being attacked. I would not speculate, however.

 

Pointing out a logical error isnt "getting into a tizzy" claiming someone is to deflect from your error however..... You see you are basing your judgement on a badly filmed video from a distance and have drawn conclusions from that. Instead of waiting for the medical records.

Its turning into the Zimmerman case all over again. People denied he had any injuries because of a bad video. When they were shown not to be true they called them scratches. When that was found to be not true the said he hit himself or ran into a tree. When that was found not to be true they argued back and forth about the definition of serious and played doctor.

All while saying they were unbiased and waiting for the facts to come out. Oh and they wanted "Justice"
