What facts, even the CNN article lets out the big biggie: Trump hadn't been(and psst: won't be) charged with a crime. Even if the House sends a recommendation, the DOJ could've easily acted preemptively(and does, why do you think there's a district/state attorney and in this case, the AG of the US?)

The only fact that is readily available is that this worthless commission has gotten less then Benghazi, and yes even less then ACA repeal votes.

So Mike Lee's phone shows a call from Trump (FROM A WH LINE) around and during the breach of the Capitol and it just so happens that it's not in the official record??? That level of benefit of the doubt is very convenient if you are a partisan.
