How come England has a team but North Holland don't? How come France has a team but UK don't? Why can't there be a new FIFA tournament of home nations across Europe and give Prussia a team and Bavaria and Catalonia and North Holland, South Holland etc, give them all national teams, and have the England team play that, and have a new UK national team for world cups and Euro cups?
