Many do, not all. Many claim moorish descent also.

Laws to exclude black folk were put in place and so laws to put them back in were needed. Its called correcting past errors.

Show me one law existing on the books that excludes blacks or as you say takes them out of place. I won’t hold my breath.

You should also ask our pal how those (non-existent) laws don't seem to affect African migrants.

There were laws put in place to put black folk at the bottom of the ladder in the past. Aa today is supposed to correct these past racist laws. Maryland for example had laws that put black folk in perpetual slavery purely because of their skin colour. Ithink virginia also had similiar laws and other states too.

That’s long gone. The only ones who want to make race based laws now are democrats who want to make them against whites. We oppressed one race and you want to oppress another. Still racists

Its not long gone. Voting rights were denied, colonialism stole and still steals wealth from africa. To reverse these wicked behaviours AA was introduced in america. It is not racism, its rebalancing the equation. Racism is when you believe your race is superior. White america and colonialism had all the hallmarks of racism. Aa does not but you know this, youre simply being contrary, what academia calls a naysayer.

Aa laws are written by whites anyway so its not like black folk are the ones enforcing it. Take offense at your fellow whites like me who seek to redress what we did during colonialism. Bring it on or are you scared of white folk because you know what we are capable of and the destructive nature?

    Your position will be obliterated!

They don't want to remember those laws. But---those racist laws are written down, they can be found if you look for them.

Those laws were corrected as soon as they changed. Changing them WAS the correction.

You realise there isn't anyone alive who was responsible for those laws, dontcha?

Only the worst kind of White Saviour indulges 'guilt' over crazy sh!t our ancestors did. They think guilt makes them seem like nice people.

But that didnt stop whites from enslaving black folks for over 200 years WHICH IS KINDA THE POINT HERE not the law itself which is merely the evidence for racial slavery

Its irrelevant if someone isnt alive. Historical crimes are still crimes and banks were the biggest beneficiaries

No I’m being a realist. Passing laws designed to hold people back based on race is in fact racist. There is no other way to look at it. Why must people be held back by race at all? Blacks have all the same opportunities as white males and even more because of affirmative action.

Rebalancing the equation as you say is in and of itself racist. By suggesting it’s out of balance You’re saying that my race made life for me easier. I would like to know how. My first room I rented when I moved out was in an unfinished basement with a blanket nailed up as door. I now own a house on 5 acres and love it. If I did it, I know a black man can do it cause I was by no means privileged in this journey. I wasn’t born with money, don’t have a fancy education, and I made myself from the sweat on my brow. There were bumps in the road too. I have been laid off a few times and had to pull out of my 401k to make it by. So how exactly is that privileged and out of balance

So if that’s the case then why did Biden’s plan on helping any farmer so long as they were not white get struck down by the court as discrimination?

a white guy being "racist" does not make black folk racist. Racism is when you believe your race is superior. White america and colonialism had all the hallmarks of racism.

Idk what that definition is, its too small to read but Racism is when you believe your race is superior. White america and colonialism had all the hallmarks of racism and besides, whites are not a minority in america. Power has the only ability to be racist. So you have no case.

Didn't stop the Romans enslaving people from all over the world, either. Didn't stop XYZ and every other group in human history enslaving others. The point is we STOPPED.

Leave the past where it is. As long as you keep looking backwards, you can't move forwards.

And Joe is right, you're wrong. Superiority doesn't have to be any part of it.

Right ... well can you let the Romans know, because they owe a LOT, given their thorough enjoyment of the slave trade.

So the Nazis before they rose to power was not racist? The KKK are no longer racist? You make no sense.
