    I think Trump is Toast, regardless.

    Biden will wipe the floor with Trump in the Rust Belt and it will be game over.

    And, back to the OP:

    2 of them showed up?

    That seems like a lot, since everybody knows that Impeachment is a non-starter.

    Bernie isn't getting any traction due to the great Trump economy. In 2016 he did due to the frustration of young people going nowhere in Barry's meh economy.

    In what way does it reflect bad on the Democrats in your opinion? Trump is the one being impeached.

    I think it makes sense. If Trump ends up being impeached, Democrats want to appear as having done it "begrudgingly", having been forced to by Trump's actions and because they had no other option.

    Which they don't, BTW.

    I'm not 100% sure... but I kinda tend to think so. I don't see how Democrats would have a choice. Other than they themselves ignoring their constitutional duty.
