Oops! CNN's Jake Tapper Finally Tells Leftists . . . the . . . truth

Jake Tapper did a bit of behind the scenes research in Congress and got some Dem Party politicians to admit that Donald Trump just screwed over the Dem Party big time by linking in the minds of the nation the insane Party of Four stupid leftist House of Representative freshmen to the Dem Party's leadership and policies and ideology. Ouch!

I occasionally watch Tapper. He allows his Democratic and Republican guests to express their opinions. That is what happened here.

One House Democrat told Tapper the showdown between the White House and “the Squad” served Trump’s interests. “The president won this one,” the unnamed Democrat said.

It doesn't necessarily mean Tapper agrees with him. It means nothing, and it is no big deal. A Democrat expressed an opinion. That's it.

Those statements were made by the President of the United States, a man whose Constitutional duty is to unite the country, but he is bent on dividing the country with his racist and incendiary comments.

Trump proved his commitment to dividing our country today. “Well, let's put it this way,” Trump said in an interview with DailyMail.com “I’m not unhappy.” Translating the double negative, Trump said he was happy with the comments he made that started the swirling controversy.

Later, Trump confirmed his happiness with reporters. “I’m not relishing the fight, I’m enjoying it because I have to get the word out to the American people,” Trump said. The sentence doesn't make much sense because the English language has always been a challenge for Trump, but he said he was enjoying the divisiveness he caused with his racist comments.

When a man doubles down, then triples down, then quadruples down on racist statements he made, it has to dawn on even the most uninformed of us that the man is a racist.

 

Every time one of those morons opens their mouths, whatever they have to say will a be sound bite in a Trump campaign video. Trump doesn't have to campaign, he doesn't have to do a thing he owns the Trump re-election committee formerly known as the "Squad". Americans hate Communism I guess the Dems didn't get the memo. Remember when the Dems were just gushing over these a-holes?MAGA!!!!!!

 

Why is Trump doing this? The answer is obvious. Trump needs to mask his failures.

Trump has done nothing for the economy except threaten it with his harsh tariffs and trade wars. Fortunately, our robust economy is so strong it simply ignores Trump and marches on to greater successes.

Trump has done about our crumbling infrastructure despite his many promises.

Trump has done nothing about health care despite his many promises. “We’re going to have insurance for everybody. There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can’t pay for it, you don’t get it. That’s not going to happen with us.”

Instead of getting better with all his promises and threats, the illegal immigration problem has gotten worse on his watch.

"Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States," Trump said four weeks ago. The mass deportation arrests that were expected didn’t happen.

Belief in the imperial Presidency has caused Trump to challenge the powers of the other two co-equal branches. His foolish attempts have ended in failure and defeat in the courts.

The Iran problem is getting worse, a problem he created. Trump is hoping the Europeans can solve the problem. He is ignoring it.

Despite two summits and Chamberlain-like visit to North Korea, we are no closer to denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula than we were two years ago. North Korea has threatened to resume nuclear testing.

Trump was forced to back down on the citizenship question on the census, a fight he was fated to lose from the beginning.

Mueller is scheduled to testify before two House committees next week. The former special counsel will explain that Justice Department policy kept him from laying out federal criminal charges against a sitting President, and that it is now up to Congress to hold the President responsible? All of this will take place before a live television audience to be seen by millions. A.G. William Barr said it would be a political spectacle. He was right about that.

If you were Trump, wouldn't you want to change the subject? What better way than to make a complete fool of yourself by attacking four black female junior members of Congress and pretending they speak for the Democratic Party leadership and Presidential candidates? To divert attention from important matters to which he is failing miserably, making himself look like an idiot is a time-honored method for Trump.
