The author of this open letter is bringing up some valid issues.

I actually saw a good interview today that answers some of these points.

Ms. Lorna Dueck does an exceptionally good series of interviews on a related topic.

From her interview I get the impression that the ten thousand Syrian refugees who are being brought to Canada right now have been interviewed and every effort was made to sift out dangerous people.

I just read a good theory on why P. M. Justin Trudeau's plan to resettle so many thousands of
refugees included so few Yazidis who are arguably in more danger even than Christians.

He has already moved against eight nations known for supporting terrorism.

    I am impressed.

    Here is a related discussion:

Yazidi and Christian refugees prevented from being on LISTS...

... by Islamic Refugee Camp guards and officials!

So now we know why so few Christians and Yazidis were among the
tens of thousands who were taken to American and Canada over this
    past year!

It seems they already know the consequences of these. I got an old article dated back to 2011.

This article is covering some aspects of the open letter.

Dennis, you are absolutely correct Yazidis are facing more issues than Christians or any other tribes. We should give priority to them.

and in order to do so we must by pass official channels.

This is an issue where Canada's Conservative and/ or Liberal Party might even be able to cooperate with
    Canada's Green Party on?
