    Does the would be dictator Schiff and the other democrats in his dog and pony show understand that in effect they are opening a Pandora's box for the democrat? They may think they are having fun now, but if they vote for a bill of impeachment, do they realize what will happen?

    When the bill of impeachment, it goes to the Senate for trial,the Republicans are in charge there, and democrat will find pay backs are hell. The Republicans will be able to call ANYONE they want to, including Schiff, and other members of the corrupt, and criminal Obama admin. That could even include Hillary, and Obama himself. In a way it would be fun watching all the members of the Obama admin turn on each other and rat each other out.

    So again has Schiff and the democrats thot this thru and do they really want to go down that path??

    What say you?

    I would say that would the DUMBEST move the Republicans would ever make and given their abysmal track record of dumb moves that is saying something.

    Turning an impeachment into a FARCE would EXPOSE that the GOP doesn't give a crap about the Constitution or the Rule of Law and this would ENSURE their DEFEAT next November.

    So go for it!

    Let the GOP Senators make FOOLS of themselves in front of the American people.

    Or more likely get to the truth that democrats always avoid.

    It just might go a long way to help drain the democrat swamp in Washington!!!! Wouldnt that be great.

    Actually they have done the oposite.

    They are conducting this inquiry is a sober careful manner in the face of the usual Trumper attempts at distraction and chaos

    Can you back up that statement. From all the news I read it is only the democrats that say this.

    Then too as in the OP do they realize what Schiff will be exposing the democrats to in a Senate trial?

    All I have seen is here say and lies. Second or third hand lies are meaningless. That is all we have got so far. When republican question these "witnesses" they end up looking like fools that just hate Trump!!!

    Every time Trumper clowns whine about "hearsay" more FIRST HAND witnesses come forward.

    We have THREE witnesses to the actual Ukraine phone all on the record now.

    Do you really think that the GOP would have NOT tried to impeach Obama, had he done the things that Trump is accused of (and which Mulvaney has openly admitted)?

    "Just get over it" will come back to bite you when YOUR side tries to impeach a Dem president next time. And, believe me, it WILL happen.

    They tried to Impeach Clinton because they put him in a position where he lied about marriage infidelity.

    Are you kidding?

    Of COURSE they will try to Impeach any Dem. The fact that they didn't with Obama shows how clean his administration WAS

    It still remains as I said in the OP, if this goes to the Senate where republicans can subpoena anyone they want, all the crooked democrats under oath will turn on each other to cover their own rear.

    Example: with Obama on the stand, a republican would ask him why he allowed Biden and his son to extort money from Ukraine?

    And that would only be one of the hundreds of questions republicans would ask that would expose and destroy the democrat party!!!!

    BOTH parties will come out of this looking bad - which is a good thing. Time for some new ones. When all we get are Trump or Socialists as nominees, then its time to lay these two parties to rest.

    I think many, if not most, including Pelosi, have thought about this and do not want or plan to deliver articles of impeachment to the Senate, for the reason you state and because they know they have nothing. What they want is to keep the quasi-impeachment hearings going as long as possible to show off for the public.

    AFAIK there is only ONE witness that the Democrats talked to in private -- and none in the public witnesses so far -- that has first hand knowledge of the call. And all of this ignores the simple fact that there was nothing untoward, let alone illegal, let alone impeachable in that call.

    Imposing your BLOTUS on the nation was farcical to begin with.

    His regime has been in a death spiral from the outset.

    The SMART MOVE would be the Senate to REMOVE him and go with Pence instead.

    Doing what the OP suggests would be political suicide for the GOP!
