Now that the astroturfer's marcher is dying down the left needs to hop on the next manufactured outrage in order to keep the bigots out on the streets and away from the truth.

And what brings bigots out more than BLM and Al Sharpton?

Just as with the bigot march, these people seem totally uninterested in the fact that this dude ran from the police into the dark where he tried to sneak into a window while holding something in his hand.

But aside from that there is something interesting brewing here.

So basically the local city DA has oversight here.

That DA's job is to examine the evidence and decide if there is a case to be made.

But if the evidence doesn't yield a case, which it doesn't because we've all seen the video, then the uber-leftover bigot AG for California has hinted he's going to bringe charges sans justified evidence.

Of course this is exactly what we'd expect from California.

So lets metaphorically place our bets.

When will the riot break out?

And don't you just love this staged photo op.

Have you seen the video? Those cops shot very fast without giving him any time to comply. If it was a comedy it would have been hilarious the way he never had a chance, but since it is real life it is a tragedy. I don't want cops that do that to anyone. By your logic it would seem that no matter how bad the cops are they are justified because cops.

Why are you trying to manufacture outrage about manufactured outrage? You seem to want to react to something that hasn’t happened and may well not happen at all. I think you’ll even be disappointed if it doesn’t.

Its not "manufactured" outrage when a unarmed young man shot down in his own family's house without warning.

Its not "bigotry" if people are upset over unarmed prolly being slaughtered by 20 shots as a person leaves his own house with no warning.
Odd. The Righties seem quite comfortable invading, arming, despoiling, stealing and threaten and shoot authorities when they live in public land and businesses for months, but its "real bad" when the same Righties decide an unarmed black guy somehow deserves to die in his own family's house. Yeah, right....

We gave seen the video. It's a load of BS.

Probably not in California. It's at least a chance that some authority will do a decent hearing of how the cops killed this unarmed guy at home, so even if some people are upset over murder g seems to be OK, their seems to be less chance of riots if there was even an attempt for justice!

The same kind of the Righties want some true check on the killing of some the Righties who get killed (although the Righties somehow to get upset when their Righties are heavily armed and leaving the scenes of their thefts and threats).

    Huh?

This is a gathering protesting the shooting deaths of an unarmed person at their own home.

That is the POINT of a public conference just like all the screaming and crying when Righties and bringing out their own Whackjobs from their Right Wing blogs, even though these "spokesmen" have stolen over a million dollars of grazing fees and their ranchers are destroying public land for their own use and careless and wanton destruction!!

It is odd, though, that after the supposed failure of California, more and more people keep coming to build new houses and are able to buy and pay higher and higher prices despite the constant riots and the 100s of hundred of thousands civilians like the Tet Offensive in Vietnam! (That never happened in California even though Righties claim it happens all the time in California! )

Maybe the cops can get Kate Steinle's jury and just argue that they have no idea why their guns went off killing another human being........it worked for the illegal alien with 7 felonies.........

I don't live anywhere near where BLM would riot and I like it that way. Sorry for whatever city they choose, no doubt there will be a lot of destruction to private property and business owners.

Can't you just see Stepon Clark's brother playing the role of "burn this sheit down" right before the obligatory riot?

Wjy would an innocent mean be running and frantically trying to climb in a window? If he just sat on the stoop of his front door do you think the cops would have found him as suspicious?

Separation is good. I increasingly find that separating from the Negro and ignoring them is the only viable option in life..........

He was shot AT 20 times. It's doubtful he was hit more than few times, especially at night and at the apparent distances. The PD's are trained to neutralize the threat and likely they followed their training. BTW ever shoot a weapon at night? After the first shot, you'll have trouble finding the sights because of the flash.

Well why continue shooting, aren't they potentially putting other lives in danger?

But the guy was running away and being tracked by a Helicopter with an IR sensor. Lets face it, telling a phone from a gun at night can be difficult. If the buy would have been behaving he would be alive.

Current training is to "stop" the threat and continue to shoot till you do. There are a number of issues. First at what point was the perp hit? Even in the best of circumstances PD hit rates hover at 25 % or less. Secondly unless you achieve a CNS hit, the effect of the hit may not be apparent immediately. Thirdly was the guy wearing body armor?

To me this seems like another fatal situation that turned deadly because this poor guy ran and didn't comply. Let's face it, when he knew he was caught all the guy had to do was get on his knees and get those hands up. I'm sure he was scared but good grief in that situation the last thing you want to do is have something in your hands much less run and hop fences. I hate these kind of situations, race relations have gotten so much better and when one of these types of deals pop up it matters none who was right and who was wrong some are going to riot. In today's world it sucks to be a cop and it sucks to be a black man running from the cops it's so dangerous on both sides.

It would probably had better if the command would have been for him to get on the ground spread eagle. But this is about training. Him holding the phone didn't help.

Why is he standing on the furniture? Didn't his dad ever whoop his ass for that? Ah, nevermind. It's second nature for him to tear furniture up anyways.

I can't believe he was dumb enough to reach for a cell phone when guns were aimed at him. I wouldn't even reach for my wallet in my back pocket if a gun was aimed at me.
