I have to agree, muting the microphones is a sign of guilt and cover up imo, you do not do that unless you think your doing something wrong imo

I doubt in the darkness they could tell if he was facing them or with back to them... was too dark, they are lucky there was not some innocent bystander(s) out checking what all the commotion in their backyard was

 

with a reasonable cop, they will give reasonable commands that are easy to follow as not all suspects are acrobats and in perfect health or able to respond well to people threatening to kill them

the cop is in control, they need to try to deescalate a situation when possible, not escalate it just for the fun of it, some cops are adrenaline junkies, that is how they get their fix I think

 

How long do the body cams record? Was it a preservation of evidence thing? I don't know.

 

one doesn't mute during an event to save data, that is the one time you need the data - they can record over 24 hours nowadays, so an 8 hour shift is no issue

 

I completely agree. It was heartbreaking to watch what that SWAT team did to that young man. And it makes me furious when people defend or try to justify their cruel, malicious, psychopathic behavior.

This woman was just a mistake, she had been fired from another Police Dept. Affirmative action at it's best. To compare the two is ludicrous. To compare a Law Enforcement Officer to a rapist is comparing an arrest for say a probation violation to forced sexual intercourse. If you ever call 911 for help, they should hang up on you.

Yesterday in NYC, 4 Cops killed a Black Msn in cold blood who was holding a Metal Pipe.

Seems like the guy holding the pipe and didn't drop it when told to had the low IQ.

 

It's simply so that they lied, with their.. he got a gun, when it's that dark if they cant even see if their victim is facing them or not. The cops simply flat out lied.

The problem is, that every time a criminal who happens to be black is shot, justified or not, this is what they do.

Its not dark .. the police have super bright flashlights which light up the whole area. In addition ... the police are behind the corner of the house when the spot the perp around the corner.

Clark is then shot 6 times in the back. Its like a war zone. Disturbing.

 

He was shot in the side.

Clearly evident because the first round entered and exited each side of his neck.
