This is just really sad. The dude starts manhandling a bikini clad black 15 year old, tossing her to the ground several times then pulls a gun on a couple of others and ultimately drags the girl around and pins her with duel knees to the back.

Entirely unnecessary and looks to be a racial element. The other cops were acting okay, but Paul Blart has been suspended. These kids had passes to the pool, but apparently a white gal objected to black kids in her pool and told them to leave. The ruckus ensued.

It's really said that people act overzealous and wild and the police have to come and deal with them. And they were called because there were fights at the pool party. The teens were told to disperse and they did not. And according to the reports on the radio I am hearing the people who live there are backing the police. That they crowds were threatening them and refusing to comply with their lawful orders and interfering with their attempts to stop mob and arrest those who had been fighting.

Once again the anti-police side jumps to conclusions and sides with the lawless {fill in the blank}. It's REAL simple, when police are called to bring order to a mess you have created OBEY THEIR LAWFUL ORDERS, do not surround them, do not get up and try to run, do not scream about your Mamma or your Aunt or claim they have no right to restrain you or order you across the street and out of the way.

And yes when you attack the police or charge at them as happened here the police WILL PULL THEIR WEAPONS..............DUH.

Racist really? Prove it. If you notice from the video the teens that followed orders didn't seem to have much of a problem. Whether you are in the right or wrong when the police tell you to set down and shut up, you sit down and shut up or they will make you. Arguing with police leads to trouble, be respectful and argue your case in court not on the street.

Good thing the cops were called. This is texas. Remember, even though "wilding" became popular last year in several cities, in generally very FEW "wilding" incidents happened in Texas. People will shot at morons assaulting people in Tx. or trying to trespass on private areas.

but of coarse you ignore all that led up to the point of the cop having to resort to putting his hands on the girl and force her to do what he repeatedly told her to do
he told her to leave over and over again and she refused to leave and started arguing to the cop. he told her to sit on the ground repeatedly and she continued to argue with him and he put his hands on her to make her comply to what he repeatedly told her to do she resisted
And about the gun being pulled the cop was in a vulnerable position and people approached him from the back he felt threatened no knowing what the ones approaching from the back intentions were

So I will ask you because of you being an expert of what cops should and should not do
what would you have done to make some one comply to being told what to do over and over again and them not doing it but instead argued with you interfering with an investigation?
I will be waiting for your expert answer

The first cop who did a barrel roll for no reason was too amped up. It was funny. But the crowd was rowdy, but not your typical thug crowd.

It's hilarious cause most of the cops and even the kids are just staring at him like, "WTF are you doing ?"

Most of the black kids lived IN the neighborhood and were invited to the party.

Two white women started taunting them with racial slurs "go back to your section 8 housing" etc and ultimately slapped this girl, who then defended herself.

On arrival cops then targeted only the black kids.

There was a white ex cop on CNN this morning who nearly ALWAYS backs the cops. After watching the video several times, he said that this cop needs to lose his job.

My prediction? He will .. the dude was completely out of line.

    *10 points for race card.

Please indicate how this was a racist cop. Please use text from the video, and cite the racist intent.

We thank you in advance for backing up your absurd claim.

Yeah, that barrel roll was hilarious. These looked like nice high school kids for the most part. There was NO reason for Ampy Boy to drag that girl around like that or pull his gun.

He was chasing suspects he had put on the ground but disobeyed his orders and fled. He fell while running. Why is it funny that people engage in a rowdy mob get up and try to flee the scene and a police officer trying to bring peace and order and civil behavior to the scene falls down while trying to apprend the fleeing suspects? He could have hurt himself gut I guess you would be happy if he did.

once again a cop escalates a situation that should of easily been deescalated... sad

of course the punishment for getting caught is usually paid vacation, so they have no motivation to stop.... hopefully that is changing with all the new video coming to light

Its a rowdy pool party. Your not doing your job very well if you have to pull your guns out for a bunch of kids in bathing suits. What, you think they are hiding a gun or a knife up their butt?

I heard some people go invited to a "private pool" party. All of a sudden, everyone in the section 8 housing decided that they wanted to come even though they were not invited. I see nothing wrong with what the cop did. Perhaps he was a little rough, but that was it. Nobody got hurt. Some stupid teenager now knows not to argue with cops in tense situations. Shut the F up. There are people who want to kill/shot cops. Not a good idea to make cops feel any more uncomfortable/ in danger than they already are.

LMAO @ the cop! I have no reason to think he's a racist necessarily. Pretty likely a loser who lacks self esteem though.

Well, i wouldn't have started with a barrel roll, wouldn't have manhandled a minor in a bikini who was doing nothing other than talking quietly to her friends in a small group.

Additionally, i would not have been dropping F-bombs left and right or ordering people to the ground.

And i wouldn't have whipped out my service revolver.

This dude caused the commotion and amped things up to ridiculous levels, not the kids.

I stopped reading at "black 15 year old" because I knew exactly where you were going with this. Those kids were handled just how they should have been.

I disagree. Kids are not afraid of Paul Bart. I think the kids were afraid of this guy -- and with people fighting, trespassing, etc. They should be. The cop needed to assert control. He wasn't going to be doing that by acting "friendly" and "cuddly"...

You are aware that I've been on the police's side in 99% of the major issues of the past few years, right ? LOL - you're so blind that you love to paint everyone with the same brush.

    Ferguson - I'm on Officer Wilson's side
Baltimore - I'm withholding judgement on the police officers
Madison - completely on the cops side for the justifiable homicide

But in this case, I do feel the cops were overly aggressive.

You don't know that and from the news I am reading they were not. BUT SO WHAT. The officers were there to respond to the fights that had ensued.

Facts not in evidence but if evidence proves it then arrest her, BUT SO WHAT?

SO WHAT, prove a white person was refusing to comply with their request and were fighting.

And the neighbors who were actually there and witnessed it first hand say otherwise.

I'm sure the Obama DOJ will step in now and persecute him.

To a "certain portion" of America, there is no such thing as police brutality or police over-reacting....

as long as it's aimed at blacks or Latinos.

Fortunately, as the demographics show and the polls indicate...that portion are old and dying off.

I'm at 5 minutes and still don't see anything wrong. I don't agree with his language, but I do agree with him taking charge and not putting up with the disobedience.

Pure silliness. All that guy had to do was be calm, avoid the barrel rolls, leave the night stick and gun on his hip and talk civilly and quietly to the kids.
