If you won’t believe me, would you believe Al Sharpton? It’s a photo from his Twitter feed.

Trump has not provided evidence, based on what he said, the judge ruled... but as we will see, the case will get tossed out of court like all the rest

You can’t tell because she’s smiling in the photo. Realistically, that was probably the last time that the famed “angry black woman” has ever smiled at anybody...in 2006.

The PA Judge had a great observation (that most likely every Court will follow, even the SCOTUS IF it makes it that far):

Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof. To that end, it is well-settled that to annul an election in this Commonwealth “requires proof of fraud or other unlawful practices of such magnitude and so interwoven with the casting and counting of the votes as to obviously deprive the election returns of all validity.” See Winograd v. Coombs, 20 A.2d 315, 316 (Pa. 1941); cf. Appeal of Zupsic, 670 A.2d 629, 638 (Pa. 1996); In re Ayre, 134 A. 477, 478 (Pa. 1926) (“To warrant throwing out the vote of an entire district[,] the disregard of the law must be so fundamental as to render it impossible to separate the lawful from the unlawful votes.”).

Petitioners cannot carry their enormous burden. They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted.

The absence of fraud allegations from this matter—not to mention actual evidence of fraud—alone is fatal to Petitioners’ claims.

Please indicate WHERE (exactly) she is in that Picture?

Actually, Donald Trump was brought to court for racial discrimination of his employees back in the 1990s, and more than this, he actually lost the case too. A similar case was made against him in the 1970s when the Justice Department sued him for refusing to rent to black tenants and lying to black applicants about apartments that were available, however that case ended with him signing an agreement to not discriminate against tenants of color

What you are missing is that some people believe anything they read that tells them what they want to hear, even when it is directly contradicted by the image it is written on. Why fact check something when feelings are the basis for your opinions.

    Yeah.

    Weird? Huh?

One of those things that a person can't let slide.

Anyway, I still say that the reason that Trump is getting (and will continue to get) laughed out of couis This:

The PA Judge had a great observation (that most likely every Court will follow, even the SCOTUS IF it makes it that far):

Didn't read the article, did you? All a bit too hard, isn't it. Much easier just to believe memes I guess.

Funny thing is that I had already picked this before I even knew you'd posted this link. Thanks for proving me right.

The truly priceless thing is that he posted a link to 'prove' he was right that actually proved he was wrong. He clearly didn't read the link.

Anyone who has even the slightest acquaintance with American politics & popular culture over the past 60+ years would know that meme was just plain wrong. Sorta makes you wonder how someone could actually repost it without noticing how wrong it was, and then post a link about it without bothering to read the link.

On the plus side, it does give insight into the way his opinions are formed & how important facts are to them.

'Extraordinary proof' would be a fine thing. These guys don't even have 'ordinary proof'. I love how they make all these allegations to keep the cult foaming at the mouth and then immediately drop the fraud claims the moment they get into court. A smart person might conclude that the arena where lying will get you punished is the one to pay closest attention to. If they don't claim fraud in court and can't prove it then what they are claiming in the media seems unlikely to be true.

    Obviously, NOT.

He literally posted the link that PROVED himself WRONG.

I still can't believe that fake meme was even posted in this thread. Just wow. :smh:

    Anyway, back on Topic:

Most of this stuff (in All states) should be wrapped up by Dec. 8th (safe harbor deadline).

There has to be a limit to how long that the Courts will allow these sort of Frivolous "suits" to be filed.

The clock is running out on Trump and he still has NOTHING.

    Exactly. Just wow. :smh:

    They have NO "Proof".

    Like the Judge pointed out:

Petitioners cannot carry their enormous burden. They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted.

The absence of fraud allegations from this matter—not to mention actual evidence of fraud—alone is fatal to Petitioners’ claims.

I read the article. Point out where it “proves me wrong.” Did Al Sharpton not meet with Donald Trump in 2006?

Given the sort of stuff Trumpers regularly post, and especially since the election, I am so far past surprise I'd need a 747 & passport to find it again. They quite literally don't care about factuality. If it tells them what they want to hear ot 'trolls the left' then it is fait game. It is a fully formed alternate reality.

Where is she in the Pic?

    That was the question.

Everybody knows that he met with sharpton many times.

BUT, where is Maxine Waters in the Pic?

You claimed that she was in it and "smiling"?

    WHERE?

Being evasive I see. To be expected.

Read the meme. Read the responses on this thread disputing the factuality of the meme - focus on what they are disputing. Read the article. ALL the words.

Here is an opportunity to show that you care about factuality and can read a short article. Lets see if you can prove me right again.

He obviously never read the article linked to the pic.

But, it is unimaginable that he is Tripling Down on the Misinfo.

    This is historic. :smh:
