to those Palestinians [and their useful idiots] charging toward the entrance to the ICC chambers, these sources advise: Be careful what you ask for...the prosecutor would be convicting Palestinian war criminals long before it was finished sifting through the complicated evidence in any case against Israelis.

Ah, red, wrong and raging. Exactly like the pro-Zionist posts proclaiming that there would never be a Palestinian State.

Hmm, I don't mind a Palestinian state, as long as it co-exists peacefully with Israel. Jordan leaps immediately to mind ;) Anyway, that Palestinian terrorists will be convicted long before the Israelis (who may never get convicted) sounds quite plausible, don't you think?

With a liitle time to think on it I've devised a course of action for the new Observer State of Palestine. They have no need to wait until they can deal with Zionism through the international courts themselves. That can come later. Their first route already exists.
It's fact that the International Courts of Justice, the ICJ, have already ruled the illegality of Zionism's political barrier- the apartheid wall. This ruling was made even before Palestine became recognised as a State at the UN. The Palestinians should now press the General Assembly for a Resolution demanding that the wall be demolished, according to the ICJ ruling. It simply will not be possible now for the US of AIPAC to support illegal action - the wall- against a UN member State. Of course, the US is required itself to abide by the rules of its own UN membership. In conjunction with that demand the Palestinians should liase with their huge majority of supporters at the UN to raise again the issue of a reassertive Resolution condemning the Zionist squats. Again, the US would be faced with a choice between upholding its own UN membership pledges or supporting Zionist criminality. The UN has already ruled that the squats are illegal. Thus the Palestinians could nutcracker the US even without joining the international courts themselves.
No wonder Susan Rice had a pink fit !

Bollox to Zionism. Take down the US of AIPAC and Zionism will vanish from the pages of time.

LOL, the ICJ ruling was advisory and UNGA resolutions have zero legal power and Palestinian pseudo-statehood does not change the status quo an iota.

Your post is yet another proof of the OP's conclusion: once the playing field moves from public relations to law, the Palestinians are at a distinct disadvantage. :)

The points of my post have clearly failed to engage your comprehension mechanisms. Should I review them , I ask myself ? Nope, I decide, they're plenty clear enough.

Maybe you’re kind of useful yourself?

Anybody with even half an honest brain can see that is a rigged court that favors you know who.
Any, way, it is nice of Borat to admit that the court is prejudiced.

Yes the court is most definately an entirely different arena in which one moves in contrast to the arena of public opnion or "struggle" action.
Most definately conduct comes under scrutiny with reference to law and it is very technical and difficult.
Rhetoric will no longer be helpful.
References to the US of AIPAC in court submissions, will probably cause the tide to turn against such party.
Let's hope that the Palestinians have better people on their side who can argue without the use of overblown rhetoric and conspiracy theories.

I truly hope for them that they move from struggle politics to real world politics. They have certain tools available to them and should use them. This is a difficult transition but a crucial one.

Agreed, but I have no doubt Israel will attempt to follow America's precedent and declare that it doesn't recognise the ICJ, as with the 1984 ruling in USA vs. Nicaragua, where the USA was found guilty of numerous crimes against a sovereign nation but refused to play by the rules.

Well, let's enjoy the spectacle of Israel and the US of AIPAC spiralling into insignificance together. I'm starting to think of them as Ronnie and Reggie.

Nobody can be accused of ' dodging ' when they are served semi-articulate flimflam in a post.

    brilliant!
stop trying to tell yourself that every American action not to your liking in the middle east is a plot by a lobbying organization
you don’t have to stop hating what Americans do but you are over simplifying things and making yourself look bad

Good, now they have a state.
We'll drag every last Palestinian criminal who shoot rockets at kid going to school to justice.
EU, you'd better start building some new prisons.
    We can start with Hyena.

Catch any Israeli abuses as well and end the settlements to and that would sound good

moon and trout would not agree though they can’t read that it’s in gobbledygook
