Imagine being a "global terror network" yet still not being as effective at killing brits as the IRA were.

Anyway, back to this latest terror event......how frightened do you think i should be?

This terrorist didn't had any guns, he tried to steal one from militaries, he was shot down. No victims, that the only thing who matters.

I really dislike Islam, but theorically, alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden in Islam. As far as I know, the owning of alcohol in ISIS or Saudi Arabia can be harshly punished (maybe death in ISIS).

Anyway, being mentaly instable is not an excuse. Their is some people if they are mentaly instable who seeks for a cure and go see the doctor, and some become religious extremist but quietist, like Jehovah witness who are a form of peacefull extremism.
