Nonsense. Increases like these in the price of gas usually result in increases in new oil leases on federal lands and waters, resulting in more US production.

Didn't Biden end new leases on Federal land?

    1. I am glad that you are confident that Russia will become socialist again.
2.Russkie know all talk about Stalinist repression is a lie. They live in Russia just like their ancestors and therefore know reality, unlike you.
By the way, that's why no one on this forum was able to show me evidence of repression. I am sure that and you will not be able to show REAL evidence of repression.

You are aware that the USA oil/shale oil production cannot compete with cheaper oil sources like the mid-east? Higher oil prices support local (US) oil production.

You think all US production is oil shale?

I can't fix what ails you. If you want to understand the worldwide oil markets learn about the worldwide oil markets. Until then, your views will be discounted accordingly in much the same way as I treat creation scientists.

Not for a minute but the average price of US oil has to be high to make production viable especially with supply chain Covid 19 issues.

I believe either Trump or OPEC made him do it. Maybe both.

I know that 95% of former citizens of the USSR are ready to personally tear up Gorbachev. But I want to note that at the beginning of Gorbachev's rule, many citizens of the former USSR expressed support for him .... but then they hated him even more than those who were initially against him.
I think that US citizens will also treat Biden.
In my opinion, there is no more despised person who first touched your heart, but then spat into your soul.

The rest of the world was thrilled we rid ourselves of that monstrosity and replaced him with Joe. As for the folks that refused to leave, they had ample time to prepare so tough luck.

Reference your comparison to the USSR. What very few people realized is the USSR went from being the 2nd most powerful country in the world to a state of collapse in about 30 days. It happened to them quickly and could happen to us quickly.

What has he done, please tell us?

But that's okay, Biden announced he will run again in 2024. It doesn't matter what the polls say, he knows very well who's running the show - and it's not the American people.

    They say my eyes glaze
    like I'm in a daze,
and it's not very nice to see

And they say that I'm drugged
and my ears are all bugged
and that answers are given to me.

    Now should I expire,
    I'm sure they'll conspire
to prop me since I was their friend.

    To show I'm alive,
    and therefore contrive
    to having me run again.

Wait until Biden throws them into a war. They liked Obama too - even gave him the Nobel Peace Prize. Hmmm, Libya comes to mind. Oh yeah, then there's the mess with Ukraine = and Syria, let's not forget Syria.

There was a king who wore some clothes
    which nobody could see.

It was a tale that somehow bears

    a similarity to me.

I cannot walk and cannot talk

I'm stiff as I can be.

With movements strange and mind deranged

    and yet so brazenly,

The press will praise and exalt me

for that which none can see.

And give the world a furtive glance,

    of modern puppetry. - Jeannette

He managed to get us out of Afghanistan . . .

Unfortunately, he killed some soldiers and U.S. citizens doing it, but he still managed to get us out of Afghanistan . . .

Unfortunately, he handed the country over to terrorists and gave China one of their only allies, but he still managed to get us out of Afghanistan . . .

Unfortunately, he also gave terrorists is it $72 billion dollars in weapons and explosives? But he still managed to get us out of Afghanistan . . .

Unfortunately, he bombed and killed some innocent children in order to make himself look good, but he still managed to get us out of Afghanistan . . .

Oh yes, he still plans on sending Afghanistan more money . . .

Boy, way to miss the point of the question. Petroleum is a globally traded commodity. Presidents have no control over the price of petroleum. The market does. Here, production of petroleum was low because demand was low. Demand then shot up, and production lagged behind, causing higher prices.

It's basic economics. The President has no control of that, and that means Trump, too.

Uhhh! Biden is no Captain Kangaroo. Just to refresh your memory, he was heavily involved in our entering an illegal war in Serbia under false pretenses. That's the one where Clinton bombed Belgrade for 72 days killing thousands, and where he restarted the Cold War with Russia.

In addition, Biden would give money to Ukraine when visiting as VP - but to be used solely to buy America arms so as to enrich our military industrial complex. The next day Poroshenko, rather than speaking to his people in Donetsk and Lugansk area as requested, would restart the attacks on their homes, schools and infrastructure.

So maybe it's time you grew up and started looking at the records, before someone sells you a bridge in Brooklyn.
