    "Ipso fact" proof?

I mean that's not even a double standard. It's no standard at all.

You are free to "believe" whatever you like, but when you disbelieve what's sitting right under your nose, don't blame the rest of us for not taking you seriously. You're as ridiculous as the birthers who disbelieve Obama's COLB.

Sure there is. It's called "photographic proof otherwise".
Were you that quick to agree with Dubya when he (laughably) claimed that "nobody foresaw the possibility of New Orleans flooding"? Did you dismiss the Discovery Channel show about the possibility that aired less than a year prior? Did you say "well, there's no arguing with the President"?
Were you so quick to swallow all that tripe about WMDs in Iraq because "the CIA said so"?
Don't make me laugh. Nobody is that gullible. Not even you.

Yeah, LOL indeed! You are the nut job that claims that the son of the former President of the United States of America hasn't established his constitutional bona fides to the degree that Obama has.

Perhaps you should go look up ipso facto, and get a clue.

Hawaii Senator Sam Slom says they still do.

    http://www.thepostemail.com/2011/04/16/is-there-one-honest-politician-in-hawaii/#comments

Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom. We had left him a message on Wednesday, April 13, stating that the Health Department had suddenly denied access to a man who had requested a copy of his long-form birth certificate following a statement to that effect from former Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino. We asked Senator Slom if he would be willing to interview with The Post & Email about this apparently unconstitutional development, and his phone message confirmed that he would:

This is a message for Sharon. This is State Senator Sam Slom from Honolulu. I’m returning your call. I’ll be glad to talk to you; when you get the message, you can give me a call back at 808-349-5438. Aloha.

We missed his call because of the time difference but will be returning his call on Monday, April 18. Coincidentally, shortly thereafter, we received a message from Miki Booth, who said she had just gotten off the phone with Senator Slom. She indicated that Slom “is well aware of the shenanigans going on at the Department of Health, and that he found out just today or yesterday that somebody received a long-form copy.

Your position is beginning to sound more like the textbook definition of "conspiracy theory" than anything the other side is saying.
/except for that 'manchurian candidate' stuff. That's pretty darn wacky...

Great. Where's your evidence for whatever it is you're saying happened?

There is no issue of standing at all in a criminal proceeding. So get some evidence and you're in like Flynn.

Not at all. You're supposed to read the blog and then check for yourself.

Did that honestly never cross your mind?

I would do what I have always done with Birther blogs. Read them and then check for myself. Duh.

Now of course it doesn't help that the blog you linked to turns out to have been written by a complete phony. The author "Techdude" turns out to have stolen his resume from another guy named Adam Fink, and once that was exposed he vanished off the face of the earth. Even his fellow Birther phony "Polarik" rejected this blog as lies. When Techdude's analysis was reviewed by a real expert, here were the results.

Bad Science: How Not To Do Image Analysis

    Enjoy!

Dont worry. I never expected you to actually stop lying. It wouldn't serve your purpose.

Hahah... Check it out, folks: A lefty who unquestionably accepts everything his government tells him. Now's the time to inform us that Iraq actually *did* have WMDs. Go right ahead. Government said it, so it must be true, right? :fart:

Great. How about a bit of context and reference for this third hand snippet of a post? Or am I supposed to guess what this refers to?

 I'll remember that the next time I bring a law suit against John McCain based on his so called birth certificate. In every other instance, this post is too inane for commentary.

I don't have the time or interest to run down all your blind alleys. Did that ever cross your mind?
If you cite it, I tend to dismiss it based on you.

I have dueling technical experts. How am I supposed to unravel that?

Don't worry. There is no "lie" in giving my rationale why your criteria sucks and is totally inadequate. So I don't really take your gratuitous error filled statement seriously (just like anything else you do).

See that little arrow, Yosh? The one next to your name? Follow it and you can read the entire conversation exactly as it took place.

Of course I didn't, Yosh. I never for a second actually expected you to make any effort whatsoever to find out what is true. Truth is of no interest to you.

I am going to have to remind you again, Yosh, that I do not come here to convince you. I come here to expose you. And you being very cooperative.

But you don't have dueling technical experts, Yosh. You have one actual expert (Dr. Krawetz whose name, credentials and professional reputation are an open book) and one phony (who stole a real experts credentials, but got caught and then disappeared completely).

How much additional unraveling does a smart person require?

That still does not give me a starting point, genius.

I can believe you did not come here to convince me, because that is beyond your capability. And you cannot "expose" me because I'm not selling propaganda the way you quislings are. I'm debunking your O-bot drivel.
So all in all, you fail, all in all.

A smart person? Or a disinformation dishing lackey, like you? http://bogusbirthcertificate.blogspot.com/

There is a difference, you know.

If you follow it, through the posts, it certainly does.

You keep thinking that if it makes you fell better. It is after all a big part of the profile. # 2 I believe:

Great. Then if you want me to answer your question, you have to at least show me where to start. I have no idea which post you are referencing. It's your choice to simply drop this nonsense, which you cannot and never have won. Or you can show me the starting point. I don't care which.

Your problem is you believe, or act like you believe, that you represent some great immutable truth when in reality, you just enable a political scam.

By the way, you did not make further mention of the amazing Dr. Krawetz. I assume this is because he has been exposed as just another facet of the scam itself. Do you think I will take anything you claim at face value?

    Two points.

First, I haven't seen Hawaii state flat out that they don't issue certified copies of long forms. However, I have seen them state flat out that if you simply ask for proof of birth, you'll get the COLB that Obama has. Reading between the lines, you might be able to get a copy of the original if you specifically ask for it, but Hawaii does not consider it a necessary document.

Second, a photograph posted on the internet proves nothing.

    Point #1, no argument.

Funny, that's exactly the same thing the other side said about this:

I have no use for people who deny what's right in front of their face. On either side.

Look, if you jumped into the conversation in midstream and had no idea what it was about, perhaps you should have reconsidered participating in the first place. If you have no idea what you're arguing about, why are you arguing at all?

No. I believe and act like a reasonable man arguing with nut jobs. It doesn't matter whether you guys are Birthers, or Truthers, or Moon Landing Deniers or Creationists. This is where we eventually end up.

Why make further mention of him when you already ran away from him?

There'd be no need to call him out for his blatant intellectual dishonesty if he wasn't exercising it. ;)
"The government said so" wasn't proof back during the Dubya years and it isn't now. The only people who think that way are blinded by partisanship.

The original of that photographic document has been vetted by several people, including some in the business of vetting things, and including the State of Hawaii (by allusion), and by I assume 49 other states that put Obama on the presidential ballot in 2008.

Whom, and how many states, have vetted the original of the photographic document that you are comparing it to?

    Your posts indicate otherwise.

    Of course Bush hasn't.

His father didn't even say he was born in the U.S..

Unless you think the Bush's are royal family and are entitled to special consideration over other citizens.

My recollection is that they did not say it proved nothing, they said it was fake. In fact, as some posts in this thread have unearthed, they said it was a fake loudly and longly.

Therefore my conclusion is that you have resorted to a strawman.

The guy I was speaking to (i.e. not you) claimed repeatedly that it was "fake". Which is something you'd know if you were involved and paying attention. ;)
